复荣通脉胶囊对糖尿病大鼠心肌Smad7蛋白表达的影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探?复荣通脉胶囊对糖尿病大鼠心肌Smad7蛋白表达的影响。 方法 采用随机数字表法将60只大鼠分为正常组（10只）、造模组（50只）。成模后，将40只糖尿病大鼠随机分为糖尿病组和复荣通脉低、中、高剂量组，每组各10只。复荣通脉低、中、高剂量组分别给予复荣通脉胶囊0.7、1.4、2.8 g/kg灌胃，正常组和糖尿病组给予等量纯净水灌胃。8周后，留取大鼠心肌制备病理切片，观察各组血糖、血脂及Smad7蛋白的阳性表达。 结果 治疗前、治疗8周后，糖尿病组和复荣通脉低、中、高剂量组血糖水平均明显高于正常组（P 0.05）。治疗8周后，糖尿病组和复荣通脉低、中、高剂量组总胆固醇、三酰甘油水平均明显高于正常组（P 0.05）。正常组Smad7蛋白表达呈强阳性，糖尿病组和复荣通脉低、中、高剂量组Smad7蛋白表达均明显下降（P 0.05?w；与糖尿病组、复荣通脉低剂量组比较，复荣通脉中、高剂量组Smad7蛋白高表达（P 0.05?w。 结论 复荣通脉胶囊具有上调糖尿病大鼠心肌Smad7蛋白表达、抑制糖尿病心肌细胞损伤的作用。 　　[关键词] 复荣通脉胶囊；糖尿病；心肌；Smad7蛋白 　　[中图分类号] R587.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2017）09（b）-0017-04 　　Effect of Furong Tongmai Capsules on Smad7 expression in myocardium of rats with diabetes mellitus 　　WANG Lixin WANG Yuansong SU Yang▲ TIAN Fengsheng CUI Ronggang 　　Department of Endocrinology， Clinical Medical College of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine in Cangzhou Affiliated to Hebei Medical University， Hebei Province， Cangzhou 061001， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the expression of Furong Tongmai Capsules on Smad7 expression in myocardium of rats with diabetes mellitus.
