摘要随着互联网络的迅猛发展，以信息获取、交流沟通类为主的基础网络服务正逐渐发展为以休闲娱乐、电子服务、电子商务三大类服务为主的扩展网络服务。与此同时，一方面，安全方面的问题成为制约Internet网络良性发展的关键因素；另一方面，商业网站等赢利性站点需要分析用户的行为及爱好来提供更满意的服务使得利润最大化，它也与提高网站服务的效率和个性化程度极为相关；政府、科研机构等非赢利性的网站也需要通过分析用户构成与其网络行为上的特点来构建科学的决策支持系统。为此，网络用户行为的分析以及在此基础上的应用研究就非常必要了。本论文在此领域主要工作成果如下：主要研究了网络用户行为分类体系，并在此基础上结合网络播存结构理论，提出现有网络的改革建议，主要考虑了信息获取的高效性和准确性两个方面，探讨了建立网络用户行为分析系统的需求、步骤和体系框架，解决了实现系统过程中所面临的一些关键技术，并研究了几种常用的网络用户行为分析系统模型或建立思路，结合西南科技大学校园网网络实例为分析对象，通过数据分析，提出了西南科技大学网络用户行为模型，以及针对用户行为模型的特点提出对应的策略，取得了一定应用效果。关键词:网络测量行为分析播存结构建议ABSTRACTABSTRACTWiththequickdevelopmentoftheInternet，Itisafactthattheexpansionnetworkservicesincludingamusement,electronserviceandelectroniccommercesubstituteforthetraditionalonesincludinginformationsearchandnetworkcommunication,etc..Ononehand,thequestionofthesecurityismoreandmoreoutstanding,andbecomesabasicguaranteeofthecomputerandnetworksbenigngrowth;Ontheotherhand,theprofitablewebsitessuchasthebusinesswebsites,etc.,needtooffermoresatisfactoryservicethroughanalysingusersbehaviorsandhobbiesinordertoobtainmaximumprofits.Andthesearecorrelatedextremelywithimprovingefficiencyandindividualizeddegreeofwebsitesservice.Astononprofitwebsitesuchasgovernment,scientificresearchinstitution,needtoanalyseusersforscientificdecision-makingtoo.Forthesereasons,classification,analysisandresearchonnetworkusersbehaviorsdemandtobementionedurgently.Themainresultofthisthesisintherealm:researchthenetworkcustomer’sbehaviorandthecategorizesystem.,Andthebasismountstheunionnetworkbroadcaststorestructuretheory,puttingforwardthereformsuggestionofexistingnetwork;weconsideredtwoaspectoftheinformationobtaining,therearetheeffectandtheveracity.Researchedtherequirement,theprocessandtheframeforestablishthenetworkcustomer’sanalysissystem,andAfewkeytechnologiesbeenconfrontedwithbythesystemprocessmiddlehavingresolvedrealization,thenanalysissomecommonnetworkcustomerbehavioranalysissystemmodeloritsthoughtonthebasisofthestudyingthatmentionedabove,andmakeuseofthenetworkofSWUSTasanalyticalobject,passlogarithmsa
