现代医院室内设计中的人性化氛围营造研究 ——以合肥市三甲医院为例 摘 要 医 学 模 式 的 改 变 决 定 了 传统 医院 的 室 内 环 境 已 经 不 再 适 用 ， 新 的 医 学 模 式，即“生 物—— 心理——社 会”医 学模 式指出疾 病的产 生不 仅是生物（躯体） 层面的 因素， 而且 是 由环境 和社会 因素 促 成的； 同时， 疾病 的 治疗也 不能仅依 靠医生 的作用 ，还 要 认清环 境的辅 助作 用 。这就 要求现 代医 院 的室内 环境建设 必须能够 使人产 生积 极、乐观、愉悦等 各 种令人获 得正能 量的“表情”，即人性 化的氛围 。 本文以合 肥市三 甲医 院为例，对我国 的现 代医院室 内环境 设计 现状进行 了 调查。 同时， 对国 际 先进人 性化医 院的 室 内环境 设计进 行分 析 和研究 ，总结它 们关于 室内设 计中 的 人性化 氛围营 造的 宝 贵经验 。将我 国医 院 的人性 化氛围营 造方法 、成果 等与 之 相比较 ，找出 ：对 环 境氛围 与疾病 关系 认 识不足 ，重视不 够；思路狭 窄，混沌 不清 ；方法 有限 ，缺 乏创造力 等 存在 的不 足和差距 。之后， 通过对 国内与 国际 医 院的人 性化氛 围营 造 成果的 研究， 理清 了 人性 化 氛围营造 的重点 ，即人 性化 氛 围的影 响因素 为空 间 、 材质 、色彩 、形 式 、光、 软装饰等 环境要素 ；人 性化氛 围的特征 为：系统性 、地域 性、参与性 、文化性 、主题 性、 情感性等 ；人性 化氛 围的营造 方法有 ：情 景再现法 、象征 指示 法、动态 交互法、 心理诱 导法、 主题 定 位法、 系统优 化法 等 。最后 结合我 国的 基 本国情 ，对这些 宝贵经 验进行 分析 和 研究， 得出： 建立 “ 业主 ——设计 师—— 群众” 三方沟通 机制、 完善功 能和 科 学布局 设计、 经济 可 行的主 题氛围 定位 、 丰富空 间构成要 素和多 样化运 用、 整 体优化 提升空 间感 染 力等 符 合我国 国情 的 人性化 氛围营造 方法和策 略。 关键词 ：室内环境 人性化氛围 医学模式 疾病 心理 A Study on the Interior Design of the Humanistic Atmosphere of Modern Hospital -- Three Level Hospitals in Hefei as an Example ABSTRACT The change of the medical mode determines that the traditional hospital indoor environment is no longer applicable in the new era.
