小型住宅空间的改造设计探究——以低收入人群住宅为例摘要家是我们生命的起点，也是我们生活的归宿。“衣食住行”是我们人类生存必不可少的基本条件，其中住房更是最为重要的场所，和人们的日常生活息息相关。住房是人类生存发展的基础，也是社会稳定的基石。对所有国家来说，住房问题都是重要的民生问题和现实问题。现如今，还并没有圆满的解决方案来为所有家庭提供他们承受范围内的住房，不管是在富裕的发达国家还是在贫穷的发展中国家，都有一定数量的家庭居住在条件低劣的住房中。自我国改革开放以后，随着市场经济的持续发展，房地产业也在持续不断的发展，可以说我们国人的居住水平达到了历史的最好水平，但同时我们却也面临着严峻的现实问题：在社会转型与城市房屋价格居高不下的大背景下，如何让城市中的低收入人群拥有较为满意的居住条件，已逐渐成为社会关注的焦点，如何更好更合理的去改造小户型的室内空间，为他们创造更好的生活条件，就是本文想要探究的一个主题。笔者在对小户型空间的改造设计进行一定的分析和研究后，总结归纳了一些小户型空间改造的设计手法以及对未来设计发展的展望，希望能对该类型的设计带来一定帮助。关键词：小户型，室内空间，改造，可持续发展-3-MODIFICATIONDESIGNOFSMALLRESIDENTIALSPACEEXPLORATION–ACASESTUDYOFLOW-INCOMEHOUSINGABSTRACTHomeisthestartingpointofourlives,andourlivesbelong.Thecommunityisourbasicconditionsessentialtohumansurvival,wherehousingisthemostimportantplaces,andiscloselyrelatedtopeoplesdailylives.Housingisthefoundationofhumanexistenceanddevelopment,isthecornerstoneofsocialstability.Forallcountries,housingisanimportantlivehoodissuesandpracticalproblems.Today,therearenoperfectsolutionstoprovideallfamilieswiththehousingtheycanafford,whetherintherichorinthepoordevelopingcountriesanddevelopedcountries,hashadanumberofpoorfamilieslivinginconditionsofhousing.SinceChinareform,withmarketofcontinueddevelopment,realestateindustryalsoincontinuedconstantlyofdevelopment,canbesaidthatwepeopleoflivelevelreachedhashistoryofbestlevel,butwhileweisalsofacedwithsevereofrealityproblem:insocialtransformationandcityhousingpricehighofbigbackground,howletcityinthelow-incomecrowdhasmoresatisfactionofliveconditions，-4-hasgraduallybecamesocialconcernoffocus,howbettermorereasonableoftotransformationsmalltypeofindoorspace,tocreatebetterlivingconditionsforthem,iswhattheauthorwantstoexploreatopic.KEYWORDS:Smallsize,interiorspace,renovation,sustainabledevelopment-5-目录第一章绪论...........................................................-8-1.1课题研究背景..................................................................................................-8-1.2课题研究目的与意义...........................................................................
