TheResearchOfHighTemperatureMeasurementBasedOnMEMSThermopileInfraredThermodetectorAbstractTemperatureisafamiliarphysicalquantityinscientificresearchanddailylife,andeffectsallfacetsofthem.Sothemeasurementoftemperaturetakesmoreandmoreattentiononpeople,especiallytherapidlyandaccuratelymeasuringtechnique.Butinmanypracticalproject,therearemanyobjectsdemandingtomeasuretransientlyhightemperatureoftheirsurface,itishardtousetraditionalthermocoupleformeasuringbecauseofveryshortprocessingtime.Non-contacttemperaturedetectioncharactedbyspeedinessandprecisionhaveshowedit’sparticularadvantage.Forthepurposeofsearchafternewideasandcarryingoutit,accrodingtoinfraredtemperaturedetectingprinciple,thispaperinnovateasolutioncomposedbyMEMSthermopile、infraredattenuatior、targetmaterialandmemorymodulebasedonstudyingthestaticanddynamiccharacteristicofPerkinElmercompany’MEMSthermopileinfraredsensor.Theresearchiscarriedoutontheoryanalysis、experimentandcalculatingandexperimentvalidation.ThispaperfirstlyintroducesthetemperaturedetectingtheoryofthermopileandMEMStechnology,andanalyzestheadvantageandprospectofinfraredtemperaturedetecting.Basedonthese,anewsurfacehightemperaturemeasurementsystemisdesigned，whichmakesuseofMEMSthermopilesensor.Thenallparts’functionofthesystemandtheirdesignguidelinesarediscoursedindetail.Atonetime,itisdonetotestthestaticanddynamicpropertyaccurately.Secondly,theattenuationpropertyofsingle-crystalinfraredmaterialisresearchedinadeepway,whichisakeyelementofthewholesystem.Byusingameasuresystemcomposedbyblackbodysource、attenuatorandMEMSthermopilesensor,theattenuationpropertyofsingle-crystalZrO2canbetestedout.Thenthispapergetsasetofattenuationcurveofdifferentthicknessattenuator,andcalculatesouttheattenuationcoefficientthroughutilizingLambert-BeerLaw,whichcanofferreferencefordesigningthehightemperaturemeasurementsystem.Finally,theoutputfromtheMEMSthermopilesensorbeacquisitedandstoragedinamemorymodulewhichbasesonFPGA.Keywords:Infraredthermopile，Hightemperaturemeasurement，Infraredat
