中文 中文摘要 重庆大 重庆大学硕士学位论文 I I PAGE PAGE VI 摘 要 随着城市的不断发展，旧城改造是未来城市发展的大势所趋，也是城市发展 的必然进程。我国从上世纪 90 年代开始，城市的建设全面加速，城市化率不断上 升。这一进程主要表现为以下两个方面：一、城市的外延扩展，即城市向周边郊 区急速的扩展，形成了各种类型的新城；二、城市的内部改造，即对处于城市中 心区域的老旧区进行旧城改造。相比而言，旧城改造逐渐成为推动城市化进程的 主要方式，但是在旧城改造过程中也存在许多亟需解决的难题。 文章主要采用文献研究法、比较研究法以及实例阐述和实证分析相结合等多 种方法来研究旧城改造问题。通过梳理国内外有关参考文献简要分析国内外旧城 改造理论研究的进程；利用图书馆资源库、网络、相关书籍等途径精选部分有代 表性的国内外旧城改造案例实践，总结其实践过程中的成功经验；分析我国中小 城市旧城改造的基本现状以及在改造过程存在的问题；针对南城县旧城改造过程 中出现的具有自身特点的问题进行分析，结合前文相关研究提出解决对策，并对 南城县河西旧城改造项目进行实证分析。 文章总结了我国旧城改造中存在的问题，并在结合南城县旧城改造自身特点 的基础上，提出了适合于南城县旧城改造问题的应对对策，为其他中小城市的旧 城改造提供部分参考。 关键词：旧城改造，中小城市，公众利益，改造对策 英文摘 英文摘要 重庆大 重庆大学硕士学位论文 III III PAGE PAGE IV ABSTRACT With the continuous development of the city, urban redevelopment is now an inevitable trend for the future, and it is the process of urban development. Since the 1990s, the overall acceleration of urban construction , and the continuous increase of urbanization rate in China. This process is mainly characterized by the following two aspects: First, the external expansion of the city, that is , the city to the rapid expansion of surrounding area formed various types of Metro; Second, the internal transformation, that is, transform the old city area that’s located in the city center of large-scale. In contrast, the transformation of the old city has gradually become the main way to promote the process of the city，but there are many problems need to be solved in the process of urban renewal. The article uses the literature research, comparative studies, examples set forth a variety of methods and empirical analysis to study the redeveloment of urban. Through combing the literatures, paper summed up the experience of urban redevelopment in theoretical study; the introduction part of a transformation of the old practice of representative abroad by library resources, network, related books and other means, summed up its successful experience in practice; analyze the basic transformation of the old status quo and the proble
