I I 摘 要 2009 年文化产业振兴规划的通过和 2011 年党的十七届六中全会确定了推动 社会主义文化大发展大繁荣的指导思想，文化产业的发展面临着前所未有的发展 新机遇,大量资本开始涌进文化领域。然而，由于我国文化体制和资本市场的不 完善，文化产业本身与国家文化安全息息相关，无论是民营资本还是外资，进入 文化产业投融资领域的通道并不通畅。加上文化产业本身投资风险大、资金回收 期长且不稳定，大多数中小文化企业抵御风险能力差，投资者往往望而却步，大 多数文化企业融资环境和生存状况很差。 当今的市场竞争已不仅仅是企业之间的竞争，更多的是供应链之间的竞争。 只有供应链处于市场领先地位，链上企业才能不断发展，而企业的持续发展又促 进了供应链的不断壮大。因此，我们在考虑解决融资难题时，应把企业看作是供 应链中的一员，不应把其看作是孤立的个体，尝试从供应链的角度去寻求走出融 资困境的办法。 本文以文化企业融资困境的现状为出发点，从文化企业所在供应链而不单单 就文化企业本身，来研究破解文化企业融资难题的新型融资方式——供应链融 资。本文从文化企业面临的融资困境出发，阐释了论文研究背景、意义和国内外 研究现状，并介绍了供应链融资的相关理论；通过对文化企业现有融资模式的探 究，深入分析文化企业现有融资模式存在的缺陷及原因；在对文化企业融资现状 深入分析的基础上，结合现实当中文化企业供应链融资的实例，从供应链融资的 内涵、参与主体、主要模式及实施关键等方面构建起文化企业的供应链融资框架， 探讨供应链融资各种模式在文化企业中的具体实施；最后，以唐德影视为案例， 通过分析其面临的融资困境，从整条供应链而不单单从唐德影视的角度出发，探 讨链上四方参与者如何权衡利益作出决策，帮助唐德影视利用商业信用和应收账 款质押两种供应链融资方式实现融资，最终，不但唐德影视企业自身走出融资困 境，更促进了整条供应链的发展和壮大。 关键字：文化企业；供应链；融资 II II Abstract In 2009, after the 2011 Partys seventeen sessions of six CCP plenary conferences, culture industry confronted with new development opportunity, large amounts of capital influx into the cultural field. However, due to Chinas cultural system and the imperfection of capital market, whether for private capital and foreign capital into the cultural industry, the investment and financing channel is not smooth. Since the cultural industry investment risk is so high, and most small and medium-sized culture enterprise is unable to resist risks, investors often step back. Most cultural enterprise is living in very poor financing condition. The market competition is not only the competition between the enterprise, but also the competition between supply chains. Only the supply chain is in a leading position, enterprises can continue to develop better. Therefore, we should consider solving the financing problem from the supply chain, not regard enterprises as isolated individuals, try find out the way to seek out of financing dilemma from the angle of supply chain.
