北京物资学院 北京物资学院 2004 届硕士研究生毕业论文 摘 要 随着经济全球化步伐的加快 特别是我国加入 WTO 以后 服务贸易市场逐步 向外资开放 物流行业的竞争具有了国际化色彩 在日趋激烈的市场竞争中 物 流企业如何生存发展 成为关系到企业命运的战略课题 物流服务作为物流企业 提供的无形产品 其运作方式成为物流企业探寻核心竞争力的关键 传统物流企 业不断调整服务内容的结构 实际上就是在寻找一种适合自身发展的经营模式 每种经营模式都代表着本企业提供物流服务的方式 是企业物流服务理念的集中 体现 同时 经营模式也是物流企业盈利的基础 只有具备了一个成功的经营模 式 物流企业才能获得盈利 我国近半数的物流企业是由传统储运企业转型而来 整体基础薄弱 服务功 能单一 难以提供令工商企业满意的物流服务 但是 以中远物流 宝供物流 招商局物流为代表的部分本土企业 积极探索第三方物流企业的发展之路 在开 展物流服务的过程中不断尝试 创造出一些具有借鉴意义的经营模式 逐步具备 了现代物流企业的特征 对于这些经营模式的研究 将有助于我们发现成功企业 物流服务共同点 促进传统储运企业向现代物流企业转变 在论文写作期间 笔者走访调研了北京市以及其他地区的数十家物流企业 掌握大量企业经营运作方面的第一手资料 对国内物流企业的经营现状有了一定 认识 通过对部分优秀企业业务运作方式的归纳分析 总结出了物流服务延伸模 式 行业物流服务模式 定制物流服务模式 物流咨询服务模式 物流管理输出 模式 物流连锁经营模式 物流战略联盟模式 基金运作模式 共八种经营模式 虽然这些经营模式各具特点 但都体现以客户为中心的现代物流服务理念 在对上述经营模式的研究基础上 笔者对北京市的传统储运企业如何向现代 物流企业发展作了思考 北京市社会经济的快速发展 既为现代物流的发展提供 了广阔市场 也使物流需求呈现出新的特点 传统物流企业应该适应物流市场需 求的变化 做好以下几方面的工作 第一 转变传统经营理念 拓展服务市场 第二 加强物流设施 技术的改造升级 全面提升物流服务水平 第三 进行企 业流程再造 创新经营模式 关键词 物流企业 经营模式 ii iii iii ABSTRACT With the trend of economic globalization, especially China join in WTO, the market of business services have opened to abroad enterprise, the competition of logistics industry has become globalization. Logistics enterprises seek for the core competitiveness to beat others. Logistics enterprise operation mode which embodies the methods of modern logistics service has become important tactic to promote enterprise’ s competitiveness. Only the logistics enterprises have a successful operation mode, which can gain. Our logistics enterprises come from tradition enterprises, can’ t provide well services to the manufacture factory. But, some logistics, such as csoco, pg-logistics, chinamerchants-logistics, create some operation mode in the development, and have possessed the characteristics of modern logistics enterprise. In the processes of this article, the author has researched many enterprises of Beijing and other place, grasped lots of data about business operation.
