南京航空航天大学硕士学位论文 南京航空航天大学硕士学位论文 相变服装动态热舒适性评价模型研究 相变服装动态热舒适性评价模型研究 I I II II 摘要 相变材料在相变过程中能吸收或释放大量的相变潜热，而自身温度几乎不变。将其制备成 相变微胶囊嵌入到织物中，可以制成具有良好热舒适性的蓄能调温服装。目前市场上有多种相 变服装，但其热舒适性还没有一个评价标准。因而，建立相变服装热舒适性评价模型体系，发 展相变服装设计 CAD 系统，对帮助相变服装设计和消费者选购具有重要的参考价值和应用意义。 本文在国内外文献报道的基础上，本着‘以人为本’的思想，初步建立和发展起来了一套 相变服装动态热舒适性评价模型体系。主要工作内容有：(1) 联立人体模型、服装-环境热湿传 递模型和动态热感觉模型，发展一个人体-相变服装-环境的动态热舒适性模型评价体系。将同 等环境条件下的模型模拟结果与国外论文中的实验结果进行对比，验证了所建模型评价体系的 可行性和精度；用该评价体系模拟和对比了人体穿不同含量相变材料的服装与穿普通服装的热 舒适性。(2) 在动态热舒适性评价方法上，引入模糊推理方法，初步建立了一个新的人体着装 动态热感觉评价模型。 本文的主要结论是：(1) 有别于传统的人体热舒适性评价方法，本文建立的人体-相变服装 -环境的动态热舒适性评价模型体系，能够从服装的基本单位如纤维、相变微胶囊物性、含量等 考虑起，可以通过模型的运行研究这些基本量的变化对人体热舒适性的影响。经过验证，模型 具有满意的精度；模拟和对比结果表明：人体穿相变服装比穿普通服装的舒适性效果要好,而且， 在一定范围内，相变材料含量越多，人体感觉越舒适。(2) 引入模糊推理的方法进一步丰富和 发展了动态热舒适性评价模型体系，能够预测出合理的动态热感觉变化趋势。 本论文得到了国家自然科学基金（No、南京航空航天大学基本科研业务费专项 科研项目(NS2010009)资助。 关键词：相变服装，动态热感觉（DTS），模型，热舒适性，模糊推理 Abstract The PCM(Phase Change Materials) can absorb heat or release lots of latent heat, when they change their phases, but the temperature within them does not change. For that property, the PCM can be prepared by micro-encapsulation and added into the textile, and then, a kind of good thermal comfort dresses(PCM dresses) with heat preservation and thermal insulation can be made. At present, there are all sorts of PCM dresses in the market, but no evaluation criterion or method on thermal comfort emerges. So, establishing assessment model systems of thermal comfort for PCM dresses and developing the CAD system for PCM costume designing have rather good reference significance and practice applied value for helping PCM dresses designing and consumer selection. This dissertation is written based on many articles from home and abroad, and an assessment model system of dynamic thermal comfort with human-in-PCM dresses has been initially established, mainly on the thought of taking humans as essentials.
