摘 要 机械密封是一种广泛用于流体密封的一种安全可靠的密封形式。在密封的过程中不 与旋转轴直接接触产生磨损，因而可以获得较好的密封效果，减少泄漏、提高机器的安 全性和可靠性。机械密封是一门与材料、摩擦、传热、润滑、流体润滑等学科密切相关 的科学，它的使用也受到工作状况的影响。长期以来，国内外学者进行了大量的理论研 究，也产生了针对不同情况的结构各异的机械密封结构。本文在查阅了大量的国内外相 关论文和资料的基础上提出了一种基于斜圈弹簧的机械密封结构。这种结构的机械密 封，采用斜圈弹簧作为机械密封的弹性补偿元件，利用斜圈弹簧弹性变形大，弹力变化 较小的特性使得机械密封可以获得较好的密封效果。 本文以斜圈弹簧为研究对象，分析其几何结构，并建立三维模型。通过解析精确解 方法和有限元分析的方法对斜圈弹簧进行计算，讨论弹簧丝径、倾斜角、弹簧中径等集 合参数对斜圈弹簧刚度的影响。并对斜圈弹簧的几何尺寸进行优化。设计出一种新型的 斜圈弹簧机械密封结构，分析影响机械密封性能的因素，得到一种斜圈弹簧最佳压缩量 的确定方法，对机械密封的密封失效和稳定性进行了分析。 关键字：斜圈弹簧，机械密封，密封性能 I Abstract Mechanical seal is a widely used and reliable fluid-tight sealing of a safe.
