5S管理模式在普外科护理管理中应用 　　摘要： 目的：将先进的护理理论和技术更好地应用于护理实践，保证护理工作的安全管理。方法：由于普外科病种杂、手术多，护理工作繁重。为了加强普外科护理管理工作，我科推行“5S”管理模式，“5S”即为整理（Seir）、整顿（Seition）、清扫（Seiso）、清洁（Seikeet su）和素养（Shit suke）简写为“5S”.开展以整理、整顿、清洁、清扫和素养为帮助护理人员树立“以病人为中心”的护理观念[1]。要求她们时时以“病人的要求为第一要务”的服务意识来鞭策自己。结果：通过“5S”管理模式，护理工作质量得到不断提高，有效控制护理不良事件的发生。 　　Abstract： Objective： Applying advanced nursing theory and technology in nursing practice， so as to guarantee safety management of nursing work.
