60例多发伤并肺部感染护理研究 　　[摘要] 目的 对60例多发伤并肺部感染患者的护理措施进行研究，总结其护理特点和护理价值。方法 随机选择2012年5月―2014年7月该院收治的60例多发伤并肺部感染的患者作为研究对象，随机将其分成实验组和对照组，每组30例，对照组患者给予常规护理，实验组患者全面护理，并对两组患者的肺部分泌物及痰液积聚情况、并发症发生情况、肺复张、呼吸机使用时间、ICU住院天数、生存质量评分及ICU救治水平评分进行观察。结果 实验组患者的并发症和肺部分泌物及痰液积聚例数均为0，对照组的分别为4例和5例；实验组患者的肺复张例数高于对照组，呼吸机使用时间、ICU住院天数低于对照组，生存质量评分及ICU救治水平评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 在胸部物理治疗的基础上，给予患者全面性针对性的护理具有重要的临床意义。 　　[关键词] 多发伤；胸部物理治疗；体位引流；振动排痰法 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）01（a）-0152-03 　　The Nursing for 60 Cases with Multiple Injuries and Pulmonary Infection 　　LI Li， DONG Tao， QIN Lei， DONG Xia 　　ICU， Kunming Tongren Hospital， Kunming， Yunnan Province， 650288 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the nursing for 60 patients with multiple injuries and pulmonary infection， and summarize the nursing characteristics and nursing value. Methods 60 cases with multiple injuries and pulmonary infection admitted in our hospital from May 2012 to July 2014 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into the experimental group and control group， 30 cases in each group. The control group were given the conventional nursing， while the experimental group were given comprehensive nursing. And an observation was conducted on the lung secretions and sputum accumulation， incidence of complications， lung recruitment， ventilator use time， hospitalized days in the ICU and survival quality score and ICU treatment level scores in both groups. Results In the experimental group， 0 case had complications and lung secretions and sputum accumulation， while in the control group， 4 cases had complications and 5 cases had lung secretions and sputum accumulation with statistically significant difference； the experimental group had more patients with lung recruitment， shorter ventilator use time and length of stay in the ICU， higher survival quality and ICU rescue treatment level scores than the control group， the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.
