160例早产儿的气质特征及其影响因素分析 　　摘 要 目的：了解早产儿的气质特征，探讨早产儿气质维度和气质类型的相关影响因素。方法：随机选取胎龄28～36周的早产儿160例，采用我院自行编制调查表和Carey《婴儿气质问卷修订版》进行出生和家庭养育环境调查及气质评估。采用多元线性回归分析和多因素非条件logistic分析筛选与早产儿气质维度和气质类型相关的影响因素。结果：经多元线性回归分析表明早产儿气质维度与多因素相关，如胎龄、父母文化水平和家庭经济条件等。多因素非条件logistic分析表明早产儿气质类型也与多因素相关，如胎龄、分娩方式、父亲年龄和家庭经济条件等。结论：早产儿气质维度和气质类型与多种因素有关，母亲受教育程度高，家庭经济状况较好，重视孕期保健，可促进儿童形成良好的气质。 　　关键词 早产儿 气质维度 气质类型 影响因素 　　中图分类号：R714.51 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2017）23-0055-03 　　Temperament characteristics and impact factors of 160 premature infants* 　　GAO Lifang， CHENG Hao， FEI Chunxiang 　　（Department of Children Rehabilitation， Jiujiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital， Jiujiang 332000， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To discuss the impact factors of temperament dimensions and temperament type of premature infants. Methods： One hundred and sixty newborn premature infants with gestational age 28～36 weeks were selected as samples and their family nurture environment and temperament were evaluated by self-designed questionnaire and Carey’s revised Infant Temperament Questionnaire （RITQ）. The impact factors of temperament dimensions and type were analyzed by multivariate linear regression analysis and multi-factor logistic regression analysis. Results： Multivariate linear regression analysis showed than the impact factors of temperament dimensions were related to gestational age， parents’ education level and domestic economic situation. Multi-factor logistic regression analysis showed that the impact factors of temperament type were also related to gestational age， delivery way， fathers’ age and domestic economic situation. Conclusion： Temperament dimensions and type of premature infants are related to multiple factors.
