BSEP在辅助生殖技术助孕ICP患者胎盘中表达及意义 　　[摘要] 目的 探?胆盐输出泵（BSEP）在ART助孕和正常受孕妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症（ICP）患者胎盘组织中的表达及意义。 方法 采用Western blot和RT-PCR方法检测我院收治的15例自然受孕ICP患者（ICP组）、15例ART助孕ICP患者（ART组）及9例正常妊娠患者（对照组）胎盘组织中 BSEP蛋白和mRNA 的表达情况，分析三组ICP胎盘中BSEP表达的差异。 结果 Western blot和RT-PCR法显示BSEP蛋白和mRNA在自然受孕ICP胎盘中表达分别为（0.443±0.102）和（8.139±4.490），在ART来源胎盘中表达分别为（0.490±0.117）和（9.992±5.253），而正常妊娠胎盘组织中表达明显减少（0.161±0.013）和（1.038±0.271），ICP组和ART组差异无明显差异（P0.05），而这两组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.001）。 结论 BSEP 蛋白在正常妊娠胎盘组织中微量表达，而在 ICP 患者胎盘组织中高表达，可能与 ICP的发病有关，但自然受孕ICP胎盘和ART助孕ICP胎盘中BSEP 蛋白无差异，提示ART助孕并不增加子代妊娠期ICP的发病风险。 　　[关键词] 辅助生殖技术；蛋白质印迹法 ；妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症；反转录?聚合酶链反应；胆盐输出泵 　　[中图分类号] R715.5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-9701（2018）03-0008-04 　　Significance and expression of BSEP in placenta of ICP patients treated with assisted reproductive technology 　　LIU Linli ZHANG Liangchen ZHU Siyuan QI Biru HUANG Mian 　　Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology， Fuzhou First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University， Fuzhou 350004， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the significance and the expression of bile salt export pump（BSEP） in placenta of patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy（ICP） of natural conception or pregnancy through ART treatment.
