B超联合X线在经皮肾镜治疗复杂肾结石应用体会 　　【摘要】 目的：评价B超联合X线在经皮肾镜治疗复杂肾结石的应用效果。方法：选取2012年 　　1月-2015年12月本院泌尿外科拟经皮肾镜治疗的复杂肾结石患者252例作为研究对象，将患者分为两组，每组各126例，其中联合组在B超联合X线引导下手术，对照组不使用B超，单纯采用X线引导下手术。比较两组患者各指标的差异。结果：联合组手术时间、并发症发生例数均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：B超联合X线在经皮肾镜治疗复杂肾结石，可降低并发症发生风险，缩短手术时间。 　　【关键词】 肾结石； 经皮肾镜； B超； X线 　　Application Experience of Type-B Ultrasonic Joint X-ray in Percutaneous Nephroscope Treatment of Complicated Kidney Stones/CHEN Jie，LI Ming，PENG You-bin，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2016，13（20）：044-046 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To evaluate the application effect of type-B ultrasonic joint X-ray in percutaneous nephroscope treatment of complicated kidney stones.Method： From January 2012 to December 2015，252 cases of complicated kidney stones who were treated by percutaneous nephroscope were selected as the study objects，and they were divided into two groups，each group had 126 cases.The joint group was given type-B ultrasonic joint X-ray，while the control group without the use of X-ray，only with B ultrasound guided surgery.The index difference of two groups were compared.Result：Operation time，complication cases of the joint group were lower than that of the control group，the differences were significant statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The type-B ultrasonic joint X-ray in percutaneous nephroscope treatment of complicated kidney stones can reduces the risk of complications，shorten the operation time. 　　【Key words】 Kidney stones； Percutaneous nephroscope； Type-B ultrasonic； X-ray 　　First-author’s address：The Second Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College，Shantou 515041，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2016.20.011 　　泌尿系结石是临床常见病，是泌尿外科收治患者最多的病谱，我国是泌尿系结石高发国家，发病率可达1%～5%，年新增发病率（150～200）/10万，约1/2为肾结石，近年来上尿路结石明显增加，部分南方省份发病率5%～10%[1-2]。肾结石以腰痛、泌尿系感染为主要症状表现，约1/5需住院治疗，其中绝大多数需手术治疗[3]。肾结石治疗方法主要包括体外冲击碎石术、经皮肾镜取石术等、开放手术等，过去经皮肾镜取石术治疗复杂性肾结石难度较大，近年来皮肾镜技术的发展迅速，适应证不断扩大，已可用于绝大多数复杂肾结石治疗[4-5]。为保证手术安全，经皮肾镜治疗结石需在B超声或X线监控下完成。目前，关于关于两种监视技术优劣尚无明确定论。2012年1月-2015年12月
