BI―RADS分级诊断标准在彩色多普勒超声检查中对乳腺疾病诊断价值分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探究BI-RADS分级诊断标准在彩色多普勒超声检查中对乳腺疾病的诊断价值。方法 按标准选取2013年1月～2016年12月因乳腺肿物就诊的患者93例（共109个肿块），患者均为女性。所有患者入院后双侧乳房均行乳腺彩色多普勒超声检查，肿物良恶性均经超声下穿刺病理活检或手术病理检查证实。结果 在BI-RADS 分级诊断标准中，0、1、2、3级及5级的结果显示与病理检验结果一致，而4级的判断结果与病理检验略有出入，结果显示4A、4B、4C对肿块良恶性诊断的阴性预测值和敏感度均较好，4B级在对肿块良恶性?\断的特异性稍稍较4A、4B级低一些，总体三个分级诊断的特异度良好，4A级和4C级对肿块良恶性诊断的阳性预测值较高，而4B级对肿块良恶性诊断的阳性预测值较低。将良性肿块和恶性肿块在形态、边界、内部回声、周围组织、血供、腋下淋巴结这几个方面差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 BI-RADS 分级标准具有较好的鉴别乳腺肿块良恶性的能力，为早期发现和诊断乳腺癌，早期手术治疗提供了可靠依据。 　　[关键词] BI-RADS 分级标准；乳腺疾病；彩色多普勒超声 　　[中图分类号] R445.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 2095-0616（2017）09-140-04 　　Diagnostic value analysis of BI-RADS diagnostic criteria for breast disease in color doppler ultrasonography 　　XIN Hong 　　Department of Ultrasonography， Shengjian NO. 83 Hospital， Zibo 255311， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the diagnostic value analysis of BI-RADS diagnostic criteria for breast disease in color Doppler ultrasonography.
