Orem自理护理模式和常规护理在儿童支气管哮喘中应用对比 　　[摘要]目的 探讨Orem自理护理模式和常规护理在儿童支气管哮喘中的应用对比。方法 选取2015年10月～2016年4月我院收治的儿童支气管哮喘患儿104例，根据随机数字表法分为实验组和参照组，每组52例。其中实验组的儿童支气管哮喘患儿采用Orem自理?o理模式，参照组的患儿则采用常规护理。经过12个月的治疗后，对两组患儿的哮喘控制情况进行对比，并观察药物依从性和生命质量情况。结果 实验组的哮喘总控制率为92.3%，显著高于参照组的67.3%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；干预后，实验组的活动维度、情感维度以及症状维度均高于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 在儿童支气管哮喘患者中使用Orem自理护理模式，能够有效降低哮喘复发率，提高哮喘控制率，改善患者对药物的依从性并提高生命质量。 　　[关键词]Orem自理护理模式；常规护理；依从性；儿童支气管哮喘 　　[中图分类号] R473 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）11（c）-0192-03 　　Application of orem self-care model and routine care in children with bronchial asthma 　　ZHU Zi-xin 　　Department of the First Internal Medicine，Shipai Hospital of Dongguan City in Guangdong Province，Dongguan 523330，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the application of Orem self-care model and routine nursing in children with bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 104 children with bronchial asthma were enrolled in our hospital from October 2015 to April 2016.They were randomly divided into experimental group and reference group according to the random number table method，52 cases in each group.Children with bronchial asthma in the experimental group were treated with Orem self-care model，and the reference group was treated with routine care.After 12 months of treatment，the control of asthma in both groups was compared and the evaluation of their drug compliance and the quality of life were observed.Results The total control rate of asthma in the experimental group was 92.3%，which was significantly higher than that in the reference group （67.3%），the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.After intervention，the activity dimension，emotional dimension and symptom dimension of the experimental group were higher than those of the reference group，the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion Orem self-care in children with bronchial asthma care model can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of asthma，improve asthma control rate，improve patient compliance and q
