COX2蛋白和Survivin蛋白在人非小细胞肺癌组织中表达及其临床意义 　　【中图分类号】R734.2【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1005-2720(2009)08-0273-04【摘要】目的：探讨人非小细胞肺癌组织(NSCLC)中的COX-2蛋白、Survivin蛋白的差异表达及其与病灶部位微血管密度(MVD)、病理特征及预后的关系。方法：采用免疫组化S-P法检测66例非小细胞肺癌组织中和20例炎性假瘤病变组织中COX-2蛋白、Survivin蛋白的表达，用CD34单克隆抗体标记血管内皮细胞并记数MVD，并与临床病理特征及长期生存率进行比较分析。结果：①COX-2、Survivin在肺癌组织的表达显著高于肺良性病变组织中的表达且与性别和年龄无关。②COX-2、Survivin、MVD的表达与淋巴结转移密切相关，Survivin与肺癌组织的病理类型无关，COX-2、MVD在腺癌组织中表达高于鳞状细胞癌组织。③COX-2、Survivin的表达与病灶部位的MVD值密切相关。④COX-2、Survivin表达越高生存期越短。结论：COX-2、Survivin阳性表达者预后差，可能在预后判定中有重要作用。 　　【关键词】非小细胞肺癌；COX-2蛋白；Survivin蛋白；微血管密度；免疫组化；预后 　　 　　Expressions of COX-2 and Survivin in non-small cell lung cancer by tissue microarray analysis.Wang Zhenghua，Ha Minwen，Zhu Zhitu.(The first affiliated hospital of Liaoning medical college，Jinzhou 121001 China) 　　【Abstract】Objective：To detect the correlation between the different expressions of COX-2、Survivin and MVD、Pathology feature and prognostic in human non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods：The immune-histochemical technique S-P method was used to examine the protein of COX-2，survivin、MVD in 66 patients with non-small cell lung cancer and 20 specimens of benign lesions，CD34 monoclonal antibody was marked to vascular endothelial cells and record the number of MVD，then analysis the relations to clinic-pathological characteristics and long-term survival rate.Results：①The expressions of COX-2、survivin were significantly higher than benign lung tissues，and the expression had no relationship with gender and age.②The expressions of COX-2、survivin were closely related to lymph node metastasis，the expression of Survivin had no relationship with pathological type，the expressions of COX-2、MVD in adenocarcinoma than squamous cell carcinoma.③The expressions of COX-2、survivin were closely related to MVD value of location of lesions.④The higher expressions of COX-2、survivin，the shorter the survival.Conclusion：The positive expressions of COX-2、survivin with the poor prognosis，and maybe have an important role in prognos
