Menin和CyclinD1在非特殊型浸润性乳腺癌中表达及意义 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨非特殊型浸润性乳腺癌组织中Menin蛋白和细胞周期素D1（CyclinD1）表达的相关性，以及两者与乳腺癌淋巴结转移生物学行为和临床分期的关系，进而探讨Menin蛋白和CyclinD1在乳腺癌的发生及转移过程中的作用。方法：采用免疫组织化学SP法检测71例伴有或不伴有淋巴结转移的乳腺癌组织中Menin蛋白和CyclinD1的表达情况，然后研究其相关性。结果：Menin蛋白和CyclinD1在本研究乳腺癌癌组织中的表达阳性率分别为19.72%（14/71）和77.46%（55/71），两者表达存在负相关（r=-0.411，P0.05）。Menin蛋白和CyclinD1在存在淋巴结转移组的乳腺癌癌组织中，前者有淋巴结转移组阳性率低于无淋巴结转移组（P0.05），而后者有淋巴结转移组阳性率高于无淋巴结转移组（P0.05）。结论：Menin蛋白和CyclinD1参与了乳腺癌的发生和发展，Menin蛋白的失活可能在乳腺癌发生及转移过程中起重要作用，而CyclinD1基因的过度表达也与乳腺癌的发生及转移有关。 　　【关键词】 非特殊型浸润性乳腺癌； Menin； 细胞周期素D1； 淋巴结转移 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the non-special invasive breast carcinoma tissues Menin protein and CyclinD1 expression of correlation，and the clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of breast cancer biology behavior and the relationship， then dicusses the role of Menin protein and CyclinD1 in the occurrence and metastasis of breast cancer.Method：The expression of Menin protein and CyclinD1 were detected by SP immunohistochemical method in 71 cases with or without lymph node metastasis in breast cancer，and studied their correlation.Result：Menin protein and CyclinD1 in the study of breast cancer in the positive expression rate of 19.72%（14/71） and 77.46%（55/71），the expression had a significant negative correlation（r=-0.411，P0.05）.Menin protein and CyclinD1 in breast cancer lymph node metastasis group，the lymph node metastasis group was lower than that without lymph node metastasis（P0.05），while the positive rate of the group with lymph node metastasis than those without lymph node metastasis（P0.05）.Conclusion：The expressions of Menin and CyclinD1 are closely related to lymphatic metastasis of non-special invasive breast carcinoma，the inactivation of Menin protein would be play an important role in the development of breast cancer，over-expression of CyclinD1 is related to the occurrence of breast cancer. 　　【Key words】 Non-special invasive breast carcinoma； Menin； CyclinD1； Lymphatic metastasis 　　First-author’s address：The People
