CD137CD137L在食管癌中表达与预后相关性分析 　　[摘要] 目的 研究食管癌中CD137/CD137L的表达情况，并分析两者在食管癌中表达的意义及其与预后的关系。 方法 以购自上海芯超生物科技有限公司的食管癌组织芯片为研究对象，采用免疫组织化学方法检测组织芯片中87例食管癌组织及其相应的癌旁组织中CD137/CD137L的表达情况；采用χ2检验或Fishers精确检验的方法分析食管癌及癌旁组织中CD137/CD137L的表达与临床病理特征的关系；采用Kaplan-Meier法分析CD137/CD137L的表达与食管癌患者预后的关系。 结果 在87例食管癌组织和相应的癌旁组织中CD137的阳性表达率分别为36.8%和72.4%，两者比较差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。食管癌中CD137L表达与临床分期相关（P 0.05）。CD137表达与食管癌患者的预后不相关（P=0.6301），CD137L表达与食管癌患者的预后相关（P=0.0368）。 结论 CD137L的表达水平是影响食管癌患者预后的独立因素；CD137/CD137L可能在食管癌的抗肿瘤免疫中?l挥重要作用。 　　[关键词] 食管癌；CD137；CD137L；预后 　　[中图分类号] R735.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2017）01（b）-0004-05 　　The expression of CD137/CD137L in esophageal cancer and its correlation with prognosis 　　JING Henan1，2 LI Jingya1 XU Zhishan1 YANG Ru1 LU Ping2 ZHAO Baosheng3 ZHONG Genshen1，2 　　1.Research Center of Life Sciences Technology， the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University， Henan Province， Weihui 453100， China； 2.Department of Oncology， the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University， Henan Province， Weihui 453100， China； 3.The Second Department of Thoracic Surgery， the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University， Henan Province， Weihui 453100， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the expression of CD137/CD137L in esophageal cancer， and analyze the significance and correlation with disease prognosis.
