CT定量分析在评价绞股蓝治疗2型糖尿病并非酒精性脂肪性肝病效果中应用 　　[摘要] 目的 以CT值的变化评价绞股蓝治疗2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪性肝病（T2DM-NAFLD）的效果。 方法 将2012年6月～2014年6月湖北医药学院附属人民医院收治的96例T2DM-NAFLD患者采用随机数字表法分为治疗组、对照组、空白组，各32例。三组均按照T2DM-NAFLD治疗常规进行治疗。在此基础上，治疗组给予绞股蓝30 g每天煎服，对照组给予易善复胶囊口服，30 d为1个疗程，治疗6个疗程。检测治疗前后肝脏CT值以及血糖、三酰甘油（TG）、丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）水平。 结果 三组治疗前肝脏CT值以及血糖、TG、ALT、AST水平比较，差异均无统计学意义（均P 0.05）。与治疗前比较，治疗组、对照组治疗后肝脏CT值上升，TG水平下降，差异均有高度统计学意义（均P 0.01）；三组治疗后血糖、ALT、AST均下降，差异均有统计学意义（P 0.01或P 0.05）。治疗后，治疗组、对照组肝脏CT值以及血糖、TG、ALT、AST水平与空白组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P 0.05或P 0.01）。治疗后，治疗组血糖、ALT、AST水平与对照组比较，差异均有统计学意义（均P 0.05）。 结论 绞股蓝能抑制T2DM-NAFLD患者肝脏CT值的降低，与绞股蓝能降低血糖、调整脂质代谢、抑制肝脏损害有关。 　　[关键词] 2型糖尿病；非酒精性脂肪性肝病；绞股蓝；CT定量分析 　　[中图分类号] R587.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2015）07（c）-0110-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the effect of Gynostemma pentaphyllum in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease （T2DM-NAFLD） by the changes of CT values. Methods Ninety six cases of patients with T2DM-NAFLD admitted to Renmin Hospital Affiliated to Hubei University of Medicine from June 2012 to June 2014 were randomly divided into treatment group， control group and blank group according to random number table， with 32 cases in each group. All three groups were taken therapy according to the conventional treatment of T2DM-NAFLD， on basis of which， the treatment group was given Gynostemma pentaphyllum 30 g for decoction every day， the control group was given Polyene Phosphatidylcholine Capsule orally， 30 d was as a course， for 6 courses. The liver CT value and the levels of blood glucose， triacylglycerol （TG）， alanine aminotransferase （ALT）， aspartate aminotransferase （AST） before and after treatment were detected. Results There were no statistically significant differences of liver CT value and the levels of blood glucose， TG， ALT， AST before treatment among the three groups （all P 0.05）.
