Z350纳米复合树脂应用于口腔美容修复效果评价 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨Z350纳米复合树脂对于口腔美容修复的临床效果。 方法 选取我院2012年1月～2014年1月收治的200例前牙修复患者为研究对象，将其随机分为两组：对照组采用Z250复合树脂进行美容修复，实验组采用Z350纳米复合树脂进行美容修复。比较两组口腔美容患者的修复效果。 结果 美容修复完成时，两组患者和医生的满意度比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；美容修复半年后，实验组患者和医生满意度比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；对照组患者和医生的满意度比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。实验组采用Z350纳米复合树脂进行口腔美容修复的成功率为94.0%，对照组采用Z250复合树脂进行口腔美容修复的成功率为81.0%，两组美容修复成功率比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 对需要进行口腔美容的患者采用Z350纳米树脂进行美容修复效果显著，修复体表面光滑，衔接完整，牙髓活力很好。 　　[关键词] Z350纳米树脂；口腔美容；修复；效果评价 　　[中图分类号] R783 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）03（b）-0111-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of Z350 nano-composite resin applied on esthetic restoration in oral cavity. Methods From January 2012 to January 2014，200 patients with anterior teeth repaired who were admitted into our hospital were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups.In control group，Z250 composite resin was applied for esthetic restoration，while in experimental group，Z350 nano-composite resin was used.The restoration effect was compared in the two groups. Results After finishing esthetic restoration，there was no great difference in patients′ or physicians′ satisfaction （P0.05）.After esthetic restoration being finished just now and half a year，there was no obvious difference in patients′ satisfaction or physicians′ in the experimental group，while in the control group，the satisfaction between patient and physician was displayed a statistical difference （P0.05）.In the experimental group，the successful rate of esthetic restoration in oral cavity by Z350 nano-composite resin was 94.0%，while in the control group，the successful rate was 81.0%，which indicated an obvious difference （P0.05）.
