HPV感染与宫颈癌关系探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨高危型HPV感染与宫颈癌及癌前病变的临床关系。方法 选取2014年1月―2016年6月期间来该院接受宫颈筛查的患者中，方便?x择可疑患者100例，通过HPV DNA检测和液基薄层细胞学（TCT）检测、阴道镜检查、宫颈活检和组织病理学宫颈病变三阶梯检查诊断，分析各组的HPV值和HPV阳性率，探讨HPV感染与癌前病变及宫颈癌的临床关系。结果 该次探讨中，100例患者经过HPV DNA检测、TCT检测后，宫颈癌及癌前病变共60例宫颈癌及癌前病变者，40例宫颈炎者；HPV值宫颈炎者低于宫颈癌及癌前病变者，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；宫颈活检分级显示，40例宫颈炎、12例CINⅠ、22例宫颈癌、16例CINⅡ；HPV阳性率宫颈癌显著高于其他各组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 HPV感染与癌前病变及宫颈癌间存在着较大的临床相关性；临床通过HPV检测、宫颈癌及癌前病变筛查，对宫颈癌及癌前病变的早期诊断和治疗提供了一定的依据。 　　[关键词] HPV感染；癌前病变；宫颈癌；临床关系 　　[中图分类号] R737.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）03（b）-0041-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To stud the correlation between high-risk HPV infection and cervical carcinoma and precancerous lesion. Methods 100 cases of patients suspected with cervical carcinoma screening in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2016 were selected and tested by HPV DNA， TCT， vaginoscope， cervical biopsy and histopathology uterine cervical disease three ladder examination and the HPV values and HPV positive rate of each group were analyzed， and the clinical correlation between HPV infection and cervical carcinoma and precancerous lesion was discussed. Results The test showed that there were 60 cases with cervical carcinoma and precancerous lesion and 40 cases with cervicitis， the HPV value of patients with cervicitis was lower than the patients with cervical carcinoma and precancerous lesion， and the difference had statistical significance（P0.05）， and the cervical biopsy grading showed that there were 40 cases with cervicitis， 12 cases with CINⅠ， 22 cases with cervical carcinoma， 16 cases with CINⅡ， and the HPV positive rate in the cervical carcinoma group was obviously higher than that in the other groups， and the difference had statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion The clinical correlation between HPV infection and cervical carcinoma and precancerous lesion is close， and the HPV test and screening of cervical carcinoma and precancerous lesion provide a certain basis for the early diagnosis and treatment of cervical
