X线影像学检查诊断对儿童腺样体肥大价值分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析X 线影像学检查对诊断对儿童腺样体肥大的价值。方法 该院2013年6月―2015年5月采取手术治疗的腺样体病理学肥大患儿共56例，均采用X-DR摄片机进行鼻咽部标准侧位片深吸气相投照，测量腺样体厚度、鼻咽腔宽度，计算腺样体厚度/鼻咽腔宽度比值（A/N），与术后实测A/N 值比较两者相关性，观察X线影像诊断符合率。结果 鼻咽部侧位片X线表现显示鼻咽顶部及后壁软组织增厚，向前下突起，边缘光滑，鼻咽腔隙变窄者28例，呈弥漫性向前下突起者17例，呈波浪状向前下突起者11例。术前后腺样体A/N值比较：术前X-DR检查A/N值为（0.81±0.16），术后术后实测腺样体厚度，计算A/N 值为（0.80±0.15），P0.05。术前X-DR 诊断腺样体病理性肥大56 例，均经手术证实为病理学腺样体增生，诊断符合率100% ，未发现假阳性。结论 X 线影像学检查是了解腺样体大小的简便实用、安全有效的方法，诊断正确率高，对观察腺样体肥大有肯定的意义，是诊断儿童腺样体肥大影像检查的首选。 　　[关键词] X线影像学；诊断；儿童腺样体肥大；价值 　　[中图分类号] R766；R445.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）08（b）-0169-02 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the value of X-ray imaging in the diagnosis of adenoidal hypertrophy in children. Methods During June 2013 to May 2015， in our hospital， Adenoid hypertrophy in children pathology surgical treatment of 56 cases， using X-DR radiography machine nasopharynx standard radiographs deep breathing congenial photo measuring the thickness of adenoids， nasal cavity width was calculated adenoid thickness/width ratio of the nasopharynx （A/N）， and postoperative actual A/N value to compare the correlation observed X-ray image diagnosis rate. Results The nasopharyngeal lateral X-ray findings show the top of the posterior wall of the nasopharynx and soft tissue thickening， forward lower projection， smooth edge， narrowed nasopharyngeal cavities 28 cases， diffuse forward to the next projection 17 cases， wavy 11 cases under the forward projections. The preoperative adenoid A/N value comparison of preoperative X-DR checking A/N value of （0.81±0.16）， after adenoid surgery thickness measurement， calculation A/N value of （0.80±0.15）， P0.05. Preoperative X-DR pathological diagnosis of adenoid hypertrophy， 56 cases were confirmed by surgery pathology adenoid hyperplasia， diagnosis rate of 100%， No false positive.
