Mini―twin block矫治器与肌激动器早期治疗安氏Ⅱ类1分类错颌对比研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨Mini-twin block矫治器和肌激动器对于早期安氏Ⅱ类1分类错颌畸形的治疗效果。 方法 2010年1月～2014年12月我院门诊收治的处于生长高峰期及生长高峰前期的安氏Ⅱ类1分类错颌患者56例（男30例，女26例），年龄9～14岁。随机分成两组，分别采用Mini-twin block矫治器（28例）和肌功能矫治器（28例）进行治疗，治疗前后进行X线投影测量，分析并评价其疗效。 结果 采用Mini-twin block矫治器治疗组平均治疗时间（9.5个月）较肌激动器治疗组（11.8个月）更短。两组患者矫治后SNB角增加，ANB角明显减少，磨牙及尖牙达到中性关系或基本中性关系，前牙覆颌/覆盖达到正常或接近于正常，面型得到明显改善，两组间差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 两组矫治方法都能达到满意的治疗效果，但 Mini-twin block矫治器治疗时间更短，制作成本更低廉，更值得推广。 　　[关键词] 安氏Ⅱ类1分类错颌；Mini-twin block矫治器；肌激动器 　　[中图分类号] R783 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2015）23-0070-03 　　Comparative study of Mini-twin block appliance and muscular activator in early treatment of class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion 　　ZHUANG Ying YIN Tongguang 　　Department of Orthodontics， Binhai Peoples Hospital in Jiangsu Province， Binhai 224500， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effects of Mini-twin block appliance and muscular activator in the early treatment of class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion. Methods Fifty-six patients（30 males and 26 females） with class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion， aged from 9 to 14 years old， who were in the growth peak period and growth peak prior period and treated in the outpatient of our hospital from January 2010 to December 2014 were randomly divided into two groups. The two groups were given Mini-twin block appliance （28 patients） treatment and muscular activator （28 patients） treatment respectively. X-ray projection measurement was conducted before and after treatment. The efficacy was analyzed and evaluated. Results The mean treatment time（9.5 months） of the Mini-twin block appliance treatment group was shorter than that（11.8 months） of the muscular activator treatment group.
