EB病毒感染阳性鼻咽癌与调节性T细胞相关性分析 　　[摘要]目的 分析EB病毒感染?性鼻咽癌与调节性T细胞的相关性，探讨其对疾病临床诊疗和预后判断的参考价值。方法 选取我院2015年4月～2017年2月收治的35例EB病毒感染阳性鼻咽癌患者和同期于我院接受体检的40名健康体检者作为研究对象，分别作为观察组和对照组，抽取两组受检者的空腹静脉血，对于调节性T细胞水平进行检测，比较两组患者检测结果上的差异，观察治疗前后的调节性T细胞水平检测结果的变化。结果 观察组患者的调节性T细胞CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg水平和CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg/CD4+T水平高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。治疗后观察组患者调节性T细胞CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg水平和CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg/CD4+T水平均低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 EB病毒感染阳性鼻咽癌的发生、发展，会引起患者调节性T细胞水平的变化。通过对调节性T细胞水平的检测，能够在一定程度上反映出患者的病情和治疗恢复情况，对疾病临床诊疗和预后判断有着重要的参考价值。 　　[关键词]EB病毒感染阳性鼻咽癌；调节性T细胞；相关性 　　[中图分类号] R739.63 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2018）4（b）-0078-03 　　Correlation analysis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma in Epstein-Barr virus positivity and regulatory T cells 　　ZHONG Qi-long FU Guo-wu LIANG Xiao-ming 　　Department of Otolaryngology，People′s Hospital of Maoming City，Guangdong Province，Maoming 525000，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To analyze the correlation between nasopharyngeal carcinoma in Epstein-Barr（EB） virus positivity and regulatory T cells and to explore its reference value for the clinical diagnosis and prognosis of the disease.Methods 35 patients with EB virus positivity of nasopharyngeal carcinoma admitted in our hospital from April 2015 to February 2017 and 40 healthy participants during the same period undergoing physical examinations in our hospital were selected as research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group respectively.Fasting venous blood was collected from the two groups to detect the level of regulatory T cells.The difference between the detection results of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with EB virus positivity and healthy participants was compared，and the change of regulatory T cell levels before and after treatment were observed.Results The levels of CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg and CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg/CD4+ T of regulatory T cells in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group with significant differences between the two groups（P 　　[Key words]Nasoph
