Q开关1 064nm激光联合果酸治疗黄褐斑临床研究 　　[摘要]目的：探究Q开关1 064nm激光联合果酸治疗黄褐斑的疗效与安全性。方法：选取笔者科室门诊收治的162例黄褐斑患者为研究对象，随机分为三组。联合治疗组：采用Q开关1 064nm激光联合果酸治疗；果酸组：采用单纯果酸治疗；激光组：采用单纯Q开关1 064nm激光治疗，治疗后对比分析三组方法的疗效和安全性。结果：治疗结束后，联合治疗组mMASI评分下降更明显（t=8.52，P0.05），联合治疗组有效率为90.74%，激光组有效率59.26%，果酸组有效率53.70%，联合治疗组有效率显著高于激光组和果酸组，差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.08，P0.05）。联合治疗组患者满意率88.89%，激光组患者满意率55.56%，果酸组患者满意率57.41%，三组间满意率比较，差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.39，P0.05）。所有患者未见严重不良反应。结论：Q开关1 064nm激光联合果酸治疗黄褐斑疗效优于单用Q开关1 064nm激光治疗及单纯果酸治疗，且能明显提高治疗效果和患者满意度。 　　[关键词]Q开关1 064nm激光；黄褐斑；果酸；疗效 　　[中图分类号]R758.4+2 [文献标志码]A [文章编号]1008-6455（2018）03-0063-03 　　Q - switched 1 064nm Laser Combined with Acid in the Treatment of Chloasma 　　LI Li-na，ZHENG Ying-na，DENG Li-na，ZHANG Shou-min 　　（Department of Dermatology， Henan Province Peoples Hospital Dermatology and Venereal Disease Section，Zhengzhou 450003，Henan，China） 　　Abstract： Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Q-switched 1064nm laser combined with acid in the treatment of chloasma.
