Rab27B mRNA在胃癌和胃癌前病变组织中表达及临床意义 　　[摘要] 目的 了解Rab27B mRNA在胃癌组织和胃癌前病变组织中的表达情况及及其临床意义。 方法 应用实时定量逆转录聚合酶链反应（quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction，qRT-PCR）技术检测胃癌组织及配对的癌旁组织中Rab27B mRNA的表达量；应用qRT-PCR技术检测胃癌前病变组织及配对的正常胃黏膜组织中Rab27B mRNA的表达量。 结果 Rab27B mRNA不仅在胃癌组织中表达降低（P=0.009），而且在胃癌前病变组织中表达也降低（P=0.013）。Rab27B mRNA在胃癌组织中的表达量较癌旁组织平均降低1.8倍。Rab27B mRNA的表达量与胃癌的分化程度有关（P=0.009）。 结论 Rab27B mRNA可能参与了胃癌的发生，具有成为胃癌肿瘤标志物的潜在价值。 　　[关键词] Rab27B；胃癌；胃癌前病变；肿瘤标志物 　　[中图分类号] R735.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-9701（2015）26-0004-04 　　Expression and its clinical significance of Rab27B mRNA in gastric cancer and gastric premalignant lesions 　　LI Qier1 YE Guoliang1 GUO Junming2 　　1.Department of Gastroenterology， the Affiliated Hospital of Ningbo University School of Medicine， Ningbo 315020， China；2.Ningbo University School of Medicine， Ningbo 315211， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To understand the expression of Rab27B mRNA in gastric cancer and gastric premalignant lesions and its clinical significance. Then， Rab27B mRNA expression in gastric premalignant lesions and matched normal tissues were explored. Results Rab27B mRNA was not only significantly down-regulated in gastric cancer tissues（P=0.009）， but also decreased in gastric Premalignant lesions（P=0.013）. Compared to paired adjacent normal tissues， Rab27B mRNA was down-regulated with an average level 1.8-fold in cancer tissues. The expression level of Rab27B mRNA was closely correlated with poor differentiation（P=0.009）.
