ELearning系统中知识链管理模型 　　摘要： 针对目前E-learning系统服务对象较单一，知识的分层处理、多层知识的交互协同供给能力较弱，以及E-learning系统的知识管理和处理方式研究较少的问题，对E-learning系统中的知识链及其知识管理系统架构进行了探究，为增强E-learning系统的知识分层管理能力和提高E-learning系统的知识服务能力的研究做铺垫。 　　Abstract： In view of the problems of the exiting E-Learning system （including the single service object， the poor hierarchical knowledge processing capacity and the multi-layer knowledge interaction collaborative supplying capacity， and the fewer research of the knowledge management and its processing mode）， the knowledge chain and the knowledge management system architecture of the E-Learning system are explored. It is to make a foreshadowing for the research of enhancing the hierarchical knowledge processing capacity and improving knowledge service capability of the E-Learning system. 　　关键词： E-Learning系统；知识链；知识管理系统；系统架构 　　Key words： E-Learning system；knowledge chain；knowledge management system；system architecture 　　中图分类号：TP39 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-4311（2012）32-0040-02 　　0 引言 　　E-Learning是指通过因特网或其他数字化途径进行学习与教学的活动，它充分利用现代信息技术所提供的、具有全新沟通机制与丰富资源的学习环境，实现一种全新的学习方式[1]。目前对E-Learning的研究主要有：E-Learning平台设计、E-Learning系统关键技术与模块优化、E-Learning系统质量分析等。在E-Learning平台设计方面，SUN Xue-dong等在[2]文中提出了一个基于个性化智能学习资源选择智能模型的E-Learning平台设计方式；Haiyang Jia采用本体技术尝试了对面向绩效的车间用E-Learning系统的设计[3]；在E-Learning系统关键技术与模块优化研究方面，有E-Learning系统课件界面表现形式及分发方式技术研究、E-Learning系统精度优化研究等[4]。在E-Learning系统质量分析方面，欧洲数字化学习质量研究基金会对欧洲E-Learning系统的质量进行了调查研究[5]，主要包括系统安全、系统信息质量评估[6]等。 　　通过对国内外研究的分析，可知当前国内外对E-Learning系统的研究多集中在系统自身的架构设计、优化及评估上，并达到了一定的理论深度。但在E-Learning系统内部知识管理、知识的分层处理、多层知识的交互协同供给方面研究较少。针对上述问题，本文对E-Learning系统中的知识链、知识管理模式及知识管理系统架构进行了探究，为增强E-Learning系统的知识分层管理能力和提高E-Learning系统的知识服务能力的研究做铺垫。 　　1 E-Learning系统中的知识价值链 　　E-Learning系统运作的每项活动都是创造价值的活动，E-Learning系统中所有相互关联又相互分离的活动，便构成了创造价值的一个动态过程，即E-Learning系统价值链。E-Learning系统的知识价值链（如图1）是由许多可让E-Learning系统各环节中的知识加值的知识活动所组成的动态过程。 　　E-Learning系统知识价值链模型的核心精神是知识以多元管道汇入E-Learning系统组织的知识库中，透过以知识螺旋为核心的四种知识加值活动运作后，再以发散式的多元价值（目标）贡献度输出。E-Learning系统知识价值链模型主要包含三部分： 　　1.1 知识输入端 知识输入端是E-Learning系统信息入口（
