Orem自理模式对醒脑静治疗重型颅脑损伤患者疗效及依从性影响 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨Orem自理模式对醒脑静治疗重型颅脑损伤患者疗效及依从性的影响。方法：将60例应用醒脑静治疗重型颅脑损伤患者根据抽签结果将其分为观察组（n=30）与对照组（n=30）。对照组治疗期间采用神经外科常规性护理，观察组在对照组基础上应用Orem自理模式进行护理，观察两组患者治疗效果，分析两组治疗前后脑神经功能缺损评分、运动功能及生活质量的变化。结果：观察?M总有效率、患者治疗依从率、满意率均高于对照组（P0.05），而并发症发生率、护理纠纷事件均低于对照组（P0.05）。观察组干预后NIHSS评分低于对照组，而Barthel评分、GQOLI-74评分均高于对照组（P0.05）。结论：Orem自理模式能有效提高醒脑静治疗重型颅脑损伤患者用药依从性，进而提高治疗效果，降低并发症及护理纠纷事件发生率，有利于改善神经功能及运动功能，提高生活质量。 　　【关键词】 Orem自理模式； 醒脑静； 重型颅脑损伤； 护理干预 　　Effect of Orem Self-care Model of Xingnaojing Injection in the Treatment of Severe Craniocerebral Injury Patients and Compliance/WANG De-feng.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（02）：095-098 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the effect of Orem self-care model on Xingnaojing Injection in the treatment of patients with severe craniocerebral injury efficacy and compliance.Method：A total of 60 cases with severe traumatic brain injury treated by Xingnaojing Injection were divided into the observation group（n=30） and control group（n=30） according to the results of the draw.The control group was treated with routine nursing during the treatment period.The observation group on the base of the control group was given Orem self-care mode for nursing，the therapeutic effect，before and after treatment of brain nerve function defect score，motor function and quality of life changes of two groups were compared.Result：The total effective rate，the treatment compliance rate，the rate of satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group（P0.05）.And the incidence of complications，nursing dispute were lower than those of the control group（P0.05）.The NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group，the Barthel score，GQOLI-74 score were higher than those of the control group （P0.05）.Conclusion：Orem self-care model can effectively improve the effect of Xingnaojing Injection in the treatment of severe craniocerebral injury patients compliance with medication，and improve the treat
