Ex―PRESS青光眼引流器植入在青白联合手术中的应用 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨Ex-PRESS青光眼引流器在青白联合手术中的临床疗效及安全性。方法：选择2013年6月-2014年6月本院收治的慢性闭角型青光眼（CPACG）合并白内障患者25例作为研究对象，所选患者均在青白联合手术中植入Ex-PRESS青光眼引流器。术后1、3 d，1周及1、6个月随访，记录患者视力、眼压（IOP）、前房深度（ACD）、局部用药数量、滤过泡及种类及有无并发症等情况。结果：术后各个时间段IOP均低于术前，术后ACD高于术前，术后视力优于术前，以上比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。本研究无一例发生严重并发症，功能性滤过泡18例，手术完全成功率72%，条件成功率28%。结论：Ex-PRESS青光眼引流器用于青白联合手术中安全、可靠。 　　【关键词】 Ex-PRESS青光眼引流器； 慢性原发性闭角型青光眼； 青白联合手术 　　Application of Ex-PRESS Glaucoma Filtration Device in Operation of Glaucoma with Cataract/CHEN Li-na，ZOU Ji-xin，LI Tian-tian.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（34）：140-143 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To evaluate the clinical effect and security of Ex-PRESS glaucoma filtration device in operation of glaucoma with cataract.Method：25 patients with CPACG and cataract in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were selected as the research objects.All patients were implanted Ex-PRESS glaucoma filtration device in the operation of glaucoma with cataract.Follow-up was given to the patients 1 day，3 days，1 week，1 month and 6 months after operation.The visual acuity，intraocular pressure，anterior chamber depth，quantity and types of medicine，filtering bleb and complications of the patients were recorded.Result：The postoperative IOP of different time was lower than the preoperative IOP，the postoperative ACD was higher than preoperative，the postoperative visual acuity was better than before treatment，the differences were all statistically significant（P0.05）.All patients didn’t suffer from serious complications.There was 18 cases of functional filtering blebs.The rate of completely success operation was 72%，the rate of conditional success operation was 28%.Conclusion： Ex-PRESS glaucoma filtration divice in the operation of glaucoma with cataract is safe and effective. 　　【Key words】 Ex-PRESS glaucoma filtration device； Chronic primary angle-closure glaucoma； Operation of glaucoma with cataract 　　First-author’s address：The Third People’s Hospital of Dalian City，Dalian 116023，C
