内科疾病动态护理图解在内科病区健康教育中应用效果观察 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨《内科疾病动态护理图解》中动态健康教育指引在内科病区健康教育中的应用效果。方法：选取本院2014年1-5月在消化内科、心内科、神经内科、内分泌科住院的366例患者，按随机数字表法分为两组。观察组186例以《内科疾病动态护理图解》书籍引导下进行动态健康教育；对照组180例给予常规健康教育。观察两组患者健康教育效果和患者满意度。结果：两组在入院介绍、疾病知识、药物指导、特殊检查、饮食指导、出院指导等方面比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.01）；两组满意度调查比较差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。结论：在内科护理工作中，运用《内科疾病动态护理图解》中的动态健康教育指引指导下实施健康教育，可提高健康教育效果及提高患者满意度，对提高内科护理质量具有重要意义。 　　【关键词】 内科； 动态护理； 健康教育； 图解 　　Observation on the Effect of Application Dynamic Nursing Graphical in Internal Medicine Diseases for the Health Education in the Department of Internal Medicine/OU Xue-qun，WEI Li-ju，LAN Yan-mei，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2014，11（32）：098-101 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the application effect of dynamic health education guidance of the Dynamic Nursing Graphical in Internal Medicine Diseases in health education of the department of internal medicine.Method：366 patients who were hospitalized in the departments of gastroenterology， cardiology， neurology and endocrinology of Hechi people’s hospital from January 2014 to May 2014 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random sampling method.
