三维适形放疗联合深部热疗对局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨三维适形放疗联合深部热疗对局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效及预后影响。 方法 选取2012年6月―2014年6月该院收治的111例局部晚期NSCLC患者为研究对象，采用随机抽样法分成联合组（A 组，n=56）和对照组（B 组，n=55）两组。B 组给予单纯三维适形放疗方案，A 组则在上述基础上联合深部热疗方案进行治疗。比对近期治疗效果及不良反应发生情况，行为期一年随访，记录患者KPS 评分结果差异。 结果 ①治疗后A组近期治疗有效率为62.5%，随访期内生存45例，死亡11例，生存率为80.4%，B 组近期治疗总有效率为38.2%，随访期生存率为54.6%，两组就近期疗效及随访生存率对比而言差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 对局部晚期NSCLC 患者予以三维适形放疗联合深部热疗方案，临床疗效显著，可有效改善患者生活质量，值得推广使用。 　　[关键词] 三维适形放疗；深部热疗；局部晚期；非小细胞肺癌 　　[中图分类号] R74 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）02（c）-0012-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the curative effects of three dimensional conformal radiation therapy combined with deep hyperthermia on non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） and the prognosis. Methods 111 cases with locally advanced NSCLC admitted in the hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups， the combined group（group A， n=56）， and the control group（group B， n=55） in accordance with random sampling method. Patients in group B were given pure three dimensional conformal radiation therapy， while those in group A were given three dimensional conformal radiation therapy combined with deep hyperthermia. The short-term effects as well as the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Both groups were followed up for one year. And the difference in KPS score between the two groups was recorded. Results ① After treatment， in group A， the short-term effective rate was 62.5%. During the one-year follow-up， 45 patients survived， 11 patients died， and the survival rate was 80.4%. While in group B， the total effective rate was 38.2%. During the one-year follow-up， the survival rate was 54.6%. Obviously， group Bs short-term effective rate and survival rate were worse than those of group A and the differences betweent the two groups were statistically significant（P0.05）.
