三氧化橄榄油加照射治疗混合痔术后肛缘水肿与疼痛的效果分析 　　【摘要】 目的：观察三氧化橄榄油照射治疗混合痔术后患者肛缘水肿与疼痛的疗效。方法：选取2014年1月-2015年6月本院收治的接受外剥内扎术的混合痔患者72例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组36例。对照组给予口服地奥司明和苦参汤熏洗治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上联合三氧化橄榄油照射治疗，两组均治疗7 d，比较两组患者术后第2、4、6天肛缘水肿和疼痛情况。结果：观察组治疗后第4、6天的疼痛及创面水肿评分、平均疼痛缓解时间及平均水肿缓解时间均优于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：与口服地奥司明、苦参汤熏洗治疗比较，联合使用三氧化橄榄油照射治疗用于治疗混合痔外剥内扎术后肛缘水肿和疼痛方面的疗效更好，值得临床推广和应用。 　　【关键词】 中药熏洗； TDP照射； 疼痛； 术后水肿； 混合痔 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the curative effect on anal edema and pain for postoperative mixed hemorrhoids in treatment with Three Oxidized Olive Oil plus irradiation.Method：From January 2014 to June 2015，72 cases of mixed hemorrhoids who received Milligan-Morgan hemorrhodectomy in our hospital were selected as the research objects，they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group，each group had 36 cases.The control group was given oral Diosmin and Kushen Decoction fumigation treatment，the observation group treated with Three Oxidized Olive Oil plus irradiation，the two groups were treated with 7 d.The anal margin edema and pain in postoperative 2，4 and 6 d in two groups were compared.Result：The scores of pain and edema after treatment 4 and 6 d，average pain relief time and average edema relief time of the observation group were all better than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The curative effect on anal edema and pain for postoperative mixed hemorrhoids in treatment with combined three oxidized olive oil plus irradiation are better compared with oral Diosmin and Kushen Decoction fumigation treatment，it is worthy of clinical promotion and application. 　　【Key words】 Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment； TDP irradiation； Pain； Postoperative edema； Mixed hemorrhoids 　　First-author’s address：Daliang Hospital of Shunde District in Foshan City，Foshan 528300，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2016.15.033 　　混合痔是外科常见多发疾病，约占痔疮者的80.98%[1]。外剥内扎术治疗混合痔手术比较成熟，但由于肛门直肠是一种有着复杂的生理功能及特殊解剖特点的器
