三孔法腹腔镜联合胆道镜保胆取石术治疗胆囊结石的临床疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 观察三孔法腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆结石的临床疗效。 方法 随机抽取2011年3月～2014年3月我院进行胆结石治疗的患者104例，其中52例为采用腹腔镜联合胆道镜手术治疗的联合组，52例为采用传统外科开放手术的对照组；观察手术前后两组患者的症状，并详细记录术中时间、出血量和术后排气、疼痛、感染等方面的患者生理情况，对比两中方法的疗效。 结果 观察组患者术中时间、出血量和术后排气时间分别为（56.63±5.11）min、（10.29±1.43）mL和（22.14±2.01）h；术后切口疼痛、感染率分别为5.77%（3/52）、3.85%（2/52），各指标均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 三孔法腹腔镜联合胆道镜的方式能够更加安全快速的达到手术目的，对降低患者痛苦和及提高治疗效果是十分具有临床和实践意义，值得推广应用。 　　[关键词] 三孔法腹腔镜；胆道镜；取石术；微创手术 　　[中图分类号] R657.4 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2015）16-125-03 　　Clinical analysis on three hole method of laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy cholelithotomy in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis 　　WANG Qinglin 　　Peoples Hospital of Gao County， Gao County 645150， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of three hole laparoscopic combined with choledochoscopic in the treatment of gallstone. Methods 104 cases of cholelithiasis patients from March 2011 to March 2014 in our hospital were randomly selected， 52 cases treated by laparoscopic acholedochoscopic were as the combined group， the other 52 cases treated with traditional open surgical operation were as the control group. Intraoperative time， blood loss， postoperative exhaust， pain， infection symptoms and clinical effect of the two groups were observed before and after the surgery. Results Intraoperative time， blood loss， time for postoperative exhaust in the observation group were（56.63±5.11） min， （10.29±1.43） mL and （22.14±2.01）hours； pain for postoperative incision and infection rate were 5.77% （3/52）and 3.85%（2/52），the indicators were better than the control group， and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The three hole method of laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy can achieve the operation goal more safer and faster， which can reduce the pain of patients and improve the treatment effect， it is worthy of promotion and application. 　　[Key words] Laparoscopic three hole method； Choledochoscope； Nephrolitho
