三维能量多普勒超声对绝经后阴道流血子宫内膜疾病的诊断价值 　　[摘要] 目的 探究三维能量超声（3D-CPA）对绝经后阴道流血子宫内膜疾病的诊断价值。 方法 选取2011年10―2014年10月来该院就诊的绝经期阴道流血的患者168例，根据病理结果分为良性组和恶性组，应用3D-CPA测量两组患者子宫内膜体积（V）、血流指数（FI）、血管指数（VI）以及血管-血流指数（VFI）等三维能量多普勒血流参数。 结果 恶性组子宫内膜容积、VI、FI、VFI等血流参数值均大于良性组，且两组间差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）；同时，168例患者中，三维能量多普勒超声检查诊断中148例符合病理检查结果，符合率达88.1%。结论 3D-CPA可以直观的重建绝经期子宫内膜病变容积，将病变的子宫内膜血管分布和密度进行血流参数能量化，以帮助鉴别绝经期子宫内膜病变的良恶性，应作为绝经期子宫内膜疾病的首选筛查手段。 　　[关键词] 三维能量多普勒超声；绝经后；子宫内膜疾病 　　[中图分类号] R445 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）02（a）-0192-02 　　The Diagnostic Value of 3D-CPA in Postmenopausal Vaginal Bleeding Endometrial Disease 　　ZHANG Xiaohong ZHU Danru QI Dong 　　Huaihe hospital of Henan university， department of ultrasound diagnosis， Kaifeng，Henan Province 475000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective Purpose To explore the diagnostic value of 3D-CPA in postmenopausal vaginal bleeding endometrial disease. Methods Between October 2011 and October 2014， 168 patients were divided into benign and malignant groups by the pathologic result. We used 3D-CPA measured the two groups of patients with endometrial volume（V）， blood flow index（FI），vascular index（VI） and blood vessels blood flow index（VFI）， and so on. Results The V，VI，FI and VFI in the malignant group were all greater than the benign group， the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）. In the 168 patients， 148 patients by the diagnosis of 3D-CPA were accordance with the pathologic results， and the coincidence rate was 88.1%.
