中医护理干预在早期先兆流产患者中的应用 　　[摘要] 目的 综合分析中医干预在早期先兆流产患者中的护理效果。 方法 选取本院2016年6月～2017年6月收治的早期先兆流产患者160例，随机分为实验组（给予中医护理干预方法，80例）与对照组（给予常规护理方法，80例）。采用SPSS20.0统计学软件分析两组患者的心理问题发生率（焦虑、抑郁、情绪低落）、保胎成功率、总满意率（非常满意、比较满意、不满意）、临床症状消失时间（出血停止时间、腹痛缓解时间和腰痛缓解时间）等指标。结果 实验组患者焦虑、抑郁等心理问题发生率显著低于对照组（P0.05）；实验组保胎成功率显著高于对照组（P0.05）；实验组患者总满意率显著高于对照组（P0.05）；实验组患者的出血停止时间、腹痛缓解时间和腰痛缓解时间等消失时间显著短于对照组（P0.05）。 结论 中医护理干预在早期先兆流产患者中的护理效果显著。 　　[关键词] 心理自评；中医干预；早期先兆流产；护理 　　[中图分类号] R473.3 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）34-0157-04 　　Application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention in early threatened abortion patients 　　WU Liuhuan LI Jingying 　　Department of Gynecology， Ningbo Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine， Ningbo 315000， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To comprehensively analyze the nursing effect of Chinese medicine nursing intervention in patients with early threatened abortion.
