中医护理干预对老年糖尿病患者血糖控制的影响 　　[摘要]目的 探讨中医护理干预对老年糖尿病患者血糖控制的影响。方法 ?x取我院2013年10月～2015年1月所收治的200例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象，按入院先后顺序均分为观察组与对照组，各100例。对照组按照常规方法落实各项护理干预，观察组采用中医护理方案干预。比较两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖以及护理满意度。结果 干预前，两组患者空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；干预后两组患者的空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖水平均有所降低，与干预前比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组两指标水平均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 中医护理干预应用于2型糖尿病患者，对血糖的控制效果较好，且利于提高护理质量。 　　[关键词]2型糖尿病；中医护理；血糖控制；护理满意度 　　[中图分类号] R473.5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）06（c）-0184-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention of Traditional Chinese Medicine on blood glucose control in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 200 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in our hospital from October 2013 to January 2015 were selected and were divided into the observation group and the control group based on the sequence of admission to the hospital，with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing intervention，while the observation group was given the nursing intervention of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The fasting blood glucose，2-hour postprandial blood glucose and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results Before intervention，there were no significant differences between the levels of fasting blood glucose，2-hour postprandial blood glucose in two groups （P0.05）；after intervention，those in two groups were all decreased，and compared with those before intervention，the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.And those in the observation group was lower than those in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group，and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion Using nursing intervention of Traditional Chinese Medicine in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus can effectively control the level of blood glucose and improve the nursing satisfactio
