中医护理干预对老年糖尿病患者遵医行为和血糖控制的影响 　　[摘要] 目的 分析中医护理干预对老年糖尿病患者遵医行为和血糖控制的影响。方法 该院在2015年1月―2015年8月期间共收治了68例糖尿病患者，从中选取60例作为此次研究对象，将60例糖尿病老年患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各30例，对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上给予中医护理干预。 结果 护理前，两组患者的遵医行为评分差异无统计学意义;护理后，两组患者的遵医行为评分明显高于护理前，观察组患者的遵医行为评分明显高于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。护理前，两组患者的血糖水平差异无统计学意义;护理后，两组患者的血糖水平明显低于护理前，观察组患者的血糖水平明显低于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。 结论 临床治疗老年糖尿病患者时，应尽量给予患者中医护理干预，有助于控制患者的血糖水平，改善患者的遵医行为，促进患者早日康复，值得大力推广应用。 　　[关键词] 中医护理干预;老年糖尿病患者;遵医行为;血糖控制 　　[中图分类号] R587 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2016）01（a）-0181-03 　　Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Intervention on Compliance Behavior and Blood Glucose Control in Elderly Patients with Diabetes Mellitus 　　WANG Xin 　　The Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine， Harbin， Heilongjiang，Province， 150009 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on compliance behavior and blood glucose control in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus.
