中医护理干预联合优质护理对老年骨盆骨折术后并发压疮的影响研究 　　[摘要]目的 探讨中医护理干预联合优质护理对老年骨盆骨折术后并发压疮的影响。方法 在2012年3月～2016年5月我院收治的骨盆骨折老年患者中选取60例作为研究对象，依据入院先后顺序分为两组，其中30例接受优质护理为参照组，其余30例接受中医护理干预联合优质护理为观察组，比较两组患者的生活质量、并发症发生率以及护理服务满意度。结果 观察组患者护理后的生活质量以及护理满意度高于参照组，并发症发生低于参照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对接受手术治疗的老年骨盆骨折患者施以中医护理干预联合优质护理，可有效降低并发症的发生率，提高患者生活质量，更有利于提高患者对护理服务的满意度。 　　[关键词]老年骨盆骨折；优质护理；中医护理干预；压疮 　　[中图分类号] R248.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2018）4（a）-0185-03 　　Influence study of TCM nursing intervention combined with high quality nursing on the complication of bedsore in senile patients after pelvic fracture surgeries 　　WAN Man-hua1 LYU Xu-ying2 ZHONG Zhi-rong1 　　1.Department of Orthopedics，Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Xingguo County，Jiangxi Province，Xingguo 342400，China；2.Department of Internal Medicine，People′s Hospital of Xingguo County，Jiangxi Province，Xingguo 342400，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） nursing intervention combined with high-quality nursing on pressure sores in elderly patients after pelvic fracture surgeries.Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with pelvic fractures admitted in our hospital from March 2012 to May 2016 were selected as the research objects.They were evenly divided into two groups according to the sequence of hospital admission.In the reference group，high quality nursing was provided，while in the observation group，TCM nursing combined with high quality nursing was offered.The quality of life，the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results In the observation group，the quality of life and nursing satisfaction were both higher than those of the reference group（P0.05）.The incidence of complications in the obseration group was lower than that in the reference group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Combination of TCM nursing and high quality nursing as an intervention for elderly patients undergone pelvic fracture surgerie
