两种方法在乳牙窦道性根尖周炎治疗中的临床探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨在治疗乳牙窦道性根尖周炎中采用一次法或多次法治疗的临床效果。方法 方便选取2015年1月―2016年2月期间于该院诊治的126例牙窦道型根尖周炎患儿作为研究对象，采用随机分组方法，将患儿分为实验组及对照组，每组63例，实验组采用根管治疗一次法治疗，对照组采用根管治疗多次法治疗，比较两种治疗方法的效果。结果 实验组患儿治疗后疼痛率为17.46%，对照组患儿治疗后疼痛率为22.22%，治疗后疼痛率数据比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；实验组患儿治疗后窦道闭锁时间平均为（8.64±1.47）d，对照组患儿治疗后窦道闭锁时间平均为（12.48±1.56）d，治疗后窦道闭锁数据比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 采用一次法及多次法治疗乳牙窦道性根尖周炎的术后疼痛感受及治疗成功率方面差异不大，但一次法的窦道闭锁时间明显缩短，且治疗方法更加简便，值得推广。 　　[关键词] 乳牙；窦道闭锁；窦道型根尖周炎；根管治疗 　　[中图分类号] R781 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2018）02（c）-0079-03 　　Clinical Study of Two Methods in the Treatment of Sinusitis Periapical Periodontitis 　　DU Shi-lian 　　Dental Department， Dali People’s Hospital， Dali， Yunnan Province， 671000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical effect of one or more treatments in the treatment of sinusitis of deciduous teeth periapical periodontitis. Methods A total of 126 cases of sinusoid periapical periodontitis treated in the hospital from January 2015 to February 2016 were convenient selected as the study subjects. The children were divided into experimental group and control group by randomized grouping method， with 63 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with root canal once， the control group with multiple root canal treatments， and the effects of the two treatment methods were compared. Results The pain rate was 17.46% in the experimental group and 22.22% in the control group after treatment. There was no significant difference in the pain rate after treatment between the two groups（P0.05）. In the experimental group， the sinus atresia the average time was（8.64±1.47） d. The average time of sinus atresia in the control group was（12.48±1.56） d after treatment. There was significant difference in the data of sinus atresia after treatment（P0.05）. Conclusion There is no significant difference between the two methods in treating postoperative pain and the success rate of treatment for sinusitis with periapical periodontitis. However， th
