中医临床路径在内分泌病科实习带教中的应用效果
[摘要]目的 观察中医临床路径在内分泌病科实习带教中的应用效果。方法 将2013年6月~2015年5月到我院内分泌病科的临床实习生按随机数字表法分为临床路径带教组和传统带教组,临床路径带教组严格按照临床路径单内容执行诊疗计划,传统带教组根据既往理论教学学习的内容来诊治患者,比较两组学生实习前后的综合成绩和所诊治患者的疗效差异。结果 入科前摸底成绩,两组之间无差异,经过不同模式的临床带教后,两组成绩较入科前均有所提高(P0.05),但中医临床路径带教组学生平均成绩优于传统带教组(P0.01)。临床路径教学组学生所管患者的疗效亦好于传统带教组(P0.05)。结论 与传统带教方法相比,临床路径带教方法具有明显优势,建议在临床带教中广泛推广。

[Abstract]Objective To observe the application effect of clinical pathways in the interns teaching in the department of Endocrinology.Methods The clinical interns in the Department of Endocrinology in our hospital from June 2013 to May 2015 were divided into clinical pathway teaching group and traditional teaching group according to the random number table method.Clinical pathway teaching group was in strict accordance with the clinical pathway sheet for the implementation of the diagnosis and treatment plan,and the traditional teaching group carried out the diagnosis and treatment according to the previous theoretical teaching.The comprehensive results were compared before and after the internship in both groups and the differences of curative effects in the patients were compared.Results The differences of the test results before the entry between the two groups were not significant.After different modes of clinical teaching,the test results in both groups were improved compared with those before the entry(P0.05).However,the average score of students in the clinical pathway teaching group was better than that in the traditional teaching groups(P0.01).The curative effect of the patients under control in the clinical pathway teaching group was also better than that in the traditional teaching group(P0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional teaching methods,the clinical pathways teaching method have significant advantages,which is suggested to be widely promoted in clinical teaching.
