中医护理对糖尿病足溃疡疗效的影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨中医护理对糖尿病足溃疡疗效的影响。 方法 选取本院收治的82例糖尿病足溃疡患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，各41例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上给予中医护理。 结果 观察组的治愈时间为（16.8±7.1）d，短于对照组的（24.2±8.2）d（t=4.38，P0.01）。观察组的总有效率为92.7%，明显高于对照组的78.0%（χ2=7.223，P=0.002）。 结论 对糖尿病足溃疡患者进行中医护理能够改善下肢血液循环，可明显提高临床疗效，有效控制疾病的发展，预防足部溃疡的发生，有效提高糖尿病足患者的生活水平，最终达到预防本病发展的目的。 　　[关键词] 糖尿病足溃疡；中医护理；疗效 　　[中图分类号] R587.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）01（b）-0182-03 　　The influence of TCM nursing on the curative effect of diabetic foot ulcer 　　LI Xiao-lin 　　Department of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine，Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital，Harbin 150000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the influence of TCM nursing on the curative effect of diabetic foot ulcer.
