乌司他丁辅助治疗对重症监护室脓毒症患者炎症反应及器官功能的影响研究 　　[摘要]目的 探讨乌司他丁辅助治疗对重症监护室脓毒症患者炎症反应及器官功能的影响。方法 选取2014年3月～2017年3月我院重症监护室收治的124例脓毒症患者作为研究对象，根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组，每组各62例。对照组患者实施常规治疗，试验组患者在对照组基础上实施乌司他丁辅助治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的血清炎症细胞因子含量及心、肝和肾功能指标变化情况。结果 治疗前，两组患者的TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP、AIL、AST、Cr、BUN、LDH和CK水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。治疗后，试验组患者的TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP、AIL、AST、Cr、BUN、LDH和CK水平均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 将乌司他丁辅助治疗运用到重症监护室脓毒症患者的治疗过程中，可显著改善其炎症反应水平，降低重要器官的受损程度，值得广泛推广。 　　[关键词]乌司他丁；重症监护室；脓毒症；炎症反应；器官功能 　　[中图分类号] R364.5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）11（a）-0149-03 　　Influence study of Ulinastatin as an adjuvant therapy on inflammatory response and organ function in patients with sepsis in intensive care unit 　　ZHOU Yun-feng 　　Intensive Care Unit，Nanchang Third Hospital，Jiangxi Province，Nanchang 330009，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the influence of Ulinastatin as an adjuvant therapy on inflammatory response and organ function in patients with sepsis in intensive care unit （ICU）.Methods From March 2014 to March 2017，124 patients with sepsis in ICU were selected as subjects.According to a random number table method，they were evenly divided into control group and experimental group，62 cases in each group.In the control group，routine treatment was used，while in the experimental group，on the basis of the control group，Ulinastatin as an adjuvant therapy was added.The content of serum inflammatory cytokines before and after treatment and the indicators of heart，liver，and kidney functions in the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment，the levels of TNF-α，IL-6，hs-CRP，ALT，AST，Cr，BUN，LDH，and CK were compared between the two groups，and the differences were not statistically significant （P0.05）.After therapy，the levels of TNF-α，IL-6，hs-CRP，ALT，AST，Cr，BUN，LDH，and CK in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion Application of Ulinastatin in the adjuvant treatment of sepsis patients in ICU can significa
