乌头汤治疗骨关节炎的系统评价 　　【摘 要】目的：系统评价乌头汤治疗骨关节炎的有效性及安全性。方法：计算机检索中国知网、维普、万方、PubMed等数据库，查找乌头汤治疗骨关节炎的临床随机对照试验，检索时间为建库至2016年9月。采用改良Jadad评分法评价文献质量，可定量分析的文献采用STATA 12.0软件进行Meta分析，否则仅进行描述性评价。结果：共纳入12篇文献，均为低质量文献。Meta分析结果显示，乌头汤内服、外洗的总有效率与对照组相当，差异无统计学意义（P 0.05）；乌头汤内服合外洗、内服联合西药治疗的总有效率较对照组好，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。在减轻疼痛、延缓病情、改善功能活动等方面有一定效果，无严重不良反应。结论：乌头汤对骨关节炎具有一定疗效，安全性尚可；但由于本研究纳入文献数量较少、方法学质量不高等情况，结果有待临床进一步验证。 　　【关键词】 骨关节炎；乌头汤；系统评价；Meta分析 　　Systematic Evaluation on the Treatment of Osteoarthritis with Wutou Tang（乌头汤） 　　LIN Jie，CHEN Jun，FU Chang-long，YE Jin-xia，LIU Xian-xiang 　　【ABSTRACT】Objective：To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Wutou Tang（乌头汤）in the treatment of osteoarthritis.Methods：Databases such as CNKI，VIP，Wanfang and PubMed were used to retrieve articles（from the establishment of the databases to Septemper，2016）on the randomized clinical trials of treating osteoarthritis with Wutou Tang.The quality of the literature was evaluated by the modified Jadad scoring method.A meta-analysis was done for the quantitatively-analyzed literature with software STATA 12.0.Results：A total of 12 articles included were of low quality.The results of Meta-analysis showed that the total efficiency of Wutou Tang used internally and externally was equal to that of the control group，and the difference was not statistically significant（P 0.05）.The total efficiency of Wutou Tang by oral administration combined with external washing，or oral administration combined with western medicine was better than that of the control group，and the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.It had some effects on alleviating pain，delaying illness and improving functional activity，without serious adverse reaction.Conclusion：Wutou Tang has a certain curative effect on osteoarthritis and it’s safe.But the results of this study need to be further verified because of the small amount of literatures and the low quality of methodology. 　　【Keywords】 osteoarthritis；Wutou Tang（?跬诽溃?；systematic evalua
