主观性耳鸣严重程度的影响因素分析 　　[摘要] 目的 研究影响主观性耳鸣严重程度的相关因素分析。 方法 我院选择2012年8月～2014年8月间诊治的240例耳鸣患者，对其慢性主观性耳鸣的详细资料进行采集、纯音听阈测试、耳鼻喉科专科检查以及耳鸣匹配检查，同时完善耳鸣残疾量表（THI）以及焦虑自评量表（SAS），采用Logistic多因素回归分析患者的年龄、听力损失程度、性别、病程、耳鸣频率、耳鸣响度、焦虑程度、睡眠状况、有无听觉过敏与耳鸣严重程度的关系。 结果 患者年龄、病程、性别、听力损失程度、耳鸣频率、耳鸣严重程度与耳鸣响度没有显著的相关性。与有无听觉过敏、睡眠状况、焦虑程度等与耳鸣严重程度密切相关，睡眠障碍、听觉过敏、轻度、中度、重度焦虑的OR值分别为2.373、2.408、2.688、13.777、58.032。 结论 对耳鸣严重程度产生影响的主要因素包括有无听觉过敏、睡眠状况以及焦虑程度，经过治疗后应适时声治疗、心理干预、药物治疗相结合的综合治疗方法。 　　[关键词] 主观性耳鸣；严重程度；影响因素 　　[中图分类号] R764.45 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2015）23-0064-03 　　Analysis on the influence factors of severity of subjective tinnitus 　　CHEN Lijie 　　E.N.T. Ltd.， Zibo 255120， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the relevant factors influencing the severity of subjective tinnitus. Methods A total of 240 patients with tinnitus who were treated in our hospital from August 2012 to August 2014 were selected. Detailed data of their subjective tinnitus were collected， pure tone audiometry was carried out， and otolaryngological examination and tinnitus matching examination were performed. At the same time， THI and SAS were completed. Logistic multivariate regression analysis was applied to analyze the correlations between severity degree of tinnitus and patients age， degree of hearing loss， gender， course of disease， frequency of tinnitus， tinnitus volume， anxiety degree， sleeping condition， and whether hyperacusis occurred. Results Patients age， course of disease， gender， degree of hearing loss， frequency of tinnitus， severity of tinnitus and tinnitus volume were not significantly correlated with severity of tinnitus. Whether hyperacusis occurred， sleeping condition， anxiety degree were close correlated with severity of tinnitus.
