临床路径在神经内科护理带教中的应用
摘要:目的 观察临床路径在神经内科护理带教中的应用效果。方法 从2010年5月~2011年6月在我院神经内科实习的64名护生随机分为两组,对照组采用常规带教,试验组采用临床路径教学。实习结束后评价两组护生理论和实操考试成绩、护生对带教老师的满意度和患者对护生的满意度。结果 对照组和试验组护生理论和实操考试优良率分别为78.13%、81.25%和90.63%、93.75%;对照组和试验组护生对带教老师的满意度分别为81.25%和96.88%;患者对对照组和试验组护生的满意度分别为75.00%和93.75%。结论 临床路径在护理带教中的应用保证了教学质量,提高了护生对教学以及患者对护生的满意度,值得临床推广。

Applications of Clinical Pathways in Neurology Department Nursing Teaching

Abstract:Objectives: to observe the application effect of clinical pathway in nursing teaching in the department of neurology. Methods: 64 interns in the department of neurology in our hospital from May, 2010 to Jun, 2011 were randomly divided into 2 groups. Normal teaching was applied in the control group and clinical pathway teaching was used in the test group. After the internship, the results of theoretical and practical examinations, the satisfaction degree of intern to teacher, the satisfaction degree of patient to intern between the two groups were evaluated. Results: the excellent and good rates of theoretical and practical examinations of control and test groups were 78.13%, 81.25% and 90.63, 93.75, respectively. The satisfaction degrees of interns to teacher of control and test groups were 81.25% and 96.88%. The satisfaction degrees of patients to interns of control and test groups were 75.00% and 93.75%. Conclusions: The application of clinical pathway in nursing teaching guarantees the quality of teaching, improves the satisfaction degrees of interns to teachers and patients to interns. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
