临床路径在神经内科护理带教中的应用 　　摘要：目的 观察临床路径在神经内科护理带教中的应用效果。方法 从2010年5月～2011年6月在我院神经内科实习的64名护生随机分为两组，对照组采用常规带教，试验组采用临床路径教学。实习结束后评价两组护生理论和实操考试成绩、护生对带教老师的满意度和患者对护生的满意度。结果 对照组和试验组护生理论和实操考试优良率分别为78.13%、81.25%和90.63%、93.75%；对照组和试验组护生对带教老师的满意度分别为81.25%和96.88%；患者对对照组和试验组护生的满意度分别为75.00%和93.75%。结论 临床路径在护理带教中的应用保证了教学质量，提高了护生对教学以及患者对护生的满意度，值得临床推广。 　　关键词：临床路径；神经内科；护理带教；应用效果 　　Applications of Clinical Pathways in Neurology Department Nursing Teaching 　　XIE Hong， HUANG Zhi-yu， WEN De-rong 　　（Third Military Medical University Daping Hospital Institute of Field Surgery Department of Neurology， Chongqing 400042， China） 　　Abstract：Objectives： to observe the application effect of clinical pathway in nursing teaching in the department of neurology. The satisfaction degrees of interns to teacher of control and test groups were 81.25% and 96.88%. The satisfaction degrees of patients to interns of control and test groups were 75.00% and 93.75%. Conclusions： The application of clinical pathway in nursing teaching guarantees the quality of teaching， improves the satisfaction degrees of interns to teachers and patients to interns.
