临床护理路径在脊髓损伤(不完全性)的应用效果评价 　　【摘要】 目的：评价临床护理路径在脊髓损伤（不完全性）的应用效果。方法：选取佛山市中医院2014年1月-2016年1月期间收治的脊髓损伤（不完全性）患者80例，随机分为对照组和研究组，每组各40例，在基础治疗的基础上对照组患者接受常规护理疗法，研究组患者接受临床护理路径，比较两组患者治疗前后ASIA运动及感觉评分，生活自理能力（改良Barthel指数）和治疗满意度。结果：研究组患者经过治疗后ASIA运动评分、针刺觉评分和轻触觉评分都明显优于治疗前（P0.05），且其治疗后的生活自理能力（改良Barthel指数）明显优于对照组（P0.05）；同时研究组患者的治疗满意度、住院时间、住院费用均明显优于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：应用临床护理路径对脊髓损伤（不完全性）患效果明显，患者满意度高、住院时间短、费用低，值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 临床护理路径； 脊髓损伤（不完全性） 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To evaluate the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in the incomplete spinal cord injury.Method：80 patients with incomplete spinal cord injury in Foshan Hospital were selected from January 2014 to January 2014，they were randomly divided into control group and research group，40 cases in each group.On the basis of foundation treatment，control group received conventional nursing treatment， research group received clinical nursing path，before and after treatment，ASIA motor and sensory score，living self-care ability （modified Barthel index） and treatment satisfaction of two groups were compared.Result：After treatment，the ASIA sports score，needle felt score and light touch score in research group were increased than treatment before（P0.05）， and self-care ability of life （modified Barthel index）in research group was better than the control group（P0.05）.The satisfaction，hospital stays and hospitalization expenses of research group were better then those of control group，the differences had statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：The application of clinical nursing path for incomplete spinal cord injury has an obvious effect，high patients’ satisfaction，decreased hospital stays and hospitalization expenses，it is worthy of popularization and application in the clinical practice. 　　【Key words】 Clinical nursing pathway； Incomplete spinal cord injury 　　First-author’s address：Foshan Hospital of TCM Guangdong，Foshan 528000，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2017.01.026 　　脊髓?p伤（spinal cord injury，SCI）（不完全性）是临床
