中药复方治疗急性痛风性关节炎临床研究的相关分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析中药复方治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床研究相关内容的规律，以对中医药治疗AGA临床研究进行指导。方法 以“急性痛风性关节炎”为关键词，CNKI中国知网检索中文期刊数据库”2009―2017年的相关中医学文献，筛选出符合条件的124篇文献，并将其中所涉及的中药复方、药物、治疗组的给药方式、对照组的药物选择及临床研究观察的指标进行统计学分析。 结果124篇文献中共涉及中药复方149首，其中以16个经方或成方为主加减的中药复方70个，自拟方79个；内服方89个，外用方35个。涉及中药97味，并统计出了内服中药和外用中药次数最多药物及所属功效类别。此外，治疗组给药方式7种；对照组给药方式7种；观察指标共涉及15项。 　　[关键词] 中药复方；临床；急性痛风性关节炎；用药规律；方药分析 　　[中图分类号] R259 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2018）02（b）-0190-03 　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to summarize and analyze the rules of clinical research on the treatment of acute gouty arthritis （AGA） with traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） compound so as to guide the clinical research of TCM in the treatment of AGA. Methods The author took acute gouty arthritis as keywords， retrieving the literature related to the Chinese medicine in the CNKI database of Chinese periodicals from 2009 to 2017， and 124 qualified articles were screened out. The indicaters like the Chinese medicine compound， medicine， drug administration of the treatment group， drug selection of the control group and the clinical observation were statistically analyzed. Results Of the 124 literature involving 149 compounds， the number of traditional Chinese medicine compounds added to and subtracted from the 16 classical prescriptions or set prescriptions was 70， the self-created prescriptions 79， the internal prescriptions 89， and external prescriptions 35. And 97 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were involved， and the most frequently used drugs and their efficacy categories were counted. In addition， the treatment group and the control group were given 7 kinds of drug administrations respectively.
