中西医结合治疗烧伤后面部色素沉着的临床效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析中西医结合治疗烧伤后面部色素沉着的效果。 方法 方便选取来该院就医的52例烧伤后面部色素沉着患者，选取时间为2014年3月―2017年3月，通过动态化随机颜色球分组的方法将其分为2组，分别给予光子嫩肤仪、光子嫩肤仪联合中药面膜进行治疗，对比2组患者临床相关指标、治疗效果、不良反应、满意度的差异性。结果 观察组患者的面部外观复常情况：（15.54±2.24）d、治愈时间：（20.64±3.54）d、治愈例数：20例、不良反应：2例、满意：25例，其结果与对照组患者的结果[面部外观复常情况：（23.34±5.57）d、治愈时间：（30.04±2.46）d、治愈例数：10例、不良反应：9例、满意：13例]相比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 中西医结合治疗烧伤后面部色素沉着患者具有一定的应用价值，可改善患者面部外观情况，提高治疗效果，可推广。 　　[关键词] 中西医结合；烧伤后面部色素沉着；临床效果；分析 　　[中图分类号] R644 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）09（c）-0180-03 　　Analysis of Clinical Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treatment of Facial Pigmentation after Burning 　　ZHANG Jian-ping 　　Department of Burning， Shuyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine，Shuyang，Jiangsu Province， 223600 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of facial pigmentation after burning. Methods 52 cases of patients with facial pigmentation after burning in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2017 were convenient selected and randomly and dynamically divided into two groups， respectively treated with NP-LTSS and NP-LTSS combined with Chinese medicine mask， and the related clinical indexes， treatment effect， adverse reactions and satisfactory degree were compared between the two groups. Results The differences in the facial appearance recovery， cure time， cure case， adverse reactions， satisfactory degree between the observation group and the control group were statistically significant[（15.54±2.24）d，（20.64±3.54）d， 20 cases， 2 cases， 25 cases vs （23.34±5.57）d， （30.04±2.46）d， 10 cases， 9 cases， 13 cases]（P0.05）.
